  1. There are many talented surgeons, I never say there’s a best. Only best for your situation. Hair mills are definitely much easier to call out. I would say the hair mill that destroyed @Doron Harati is one of the worst.
  2. I never have fibers on any of my update videos. I use a 1/2 guard at the very bottom. Middle is 1 1/2 guard, top is a #2/3.
  3. The honest truth is that every hair transplant will be a gamble. There's no perfect procedure. You should check to see if your expectations are realistic before considering surgery. Can you share some pictures of your hair loss with your goals? We will be able to help you more. It's possible that you shouldn't get an HT.
  4. I noticed my growth didn't start until the 5th month. I definitely was a late bloomer in this procedure. It may be due to having multiple procedures.
  5. ^This, it's a common misconception that shorter hair looks thicker. That is not true at ALL. Longer hair covers more scalp. The longer your hair, the more visual density you will have, especially if you layer your hair, by combing it back or sideways.
  6. All of these questions are mostly stickied in the different sections of the sub-forums. You can also use the advanced search page to filter specific questions like 'HT without finasteride' 'Norwood 4 hair transplant', etc,.
  7. This is absolutely MENTAL! As they say in the UK. I’m so happy for you mate. You look incredible already! I can’t believe this is 4 months 🤯
  8. That's a good question. I'm not sure if they're shipping to Brazil. I believe they would, but I would have to double check
  9. I suggest taking a look at our forum recommended doctors. Dr. Turan and Dr. Bicer are good alternatives to the hair mills. https://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/best-hair-transplant-surgeons
  10. We can definitely talk about that, honestly, it will be open, so anyone who joins will have two great minds. Pharmaceutical scientist and hair transplant pioneer.
  11. The aim of hair loss concealers is to block light from hitting your scalp. What’s thinning? A visible scalp. If you don’t see scalp, you’re not thinning. DermMatch tints your scalp so that it’s not visible. Fibers binds to small hair follicles and makes them longer and thicker. Combining these both give optimal results. You also use less of either product.
  12. Currently, I’m just using a little bit of “boldify” fairly cheap hair fiber from Amazon. I don’t have to use as much now. Very happy about that. Took this photo yesterday. I had some fibers in the crown. No fibers in the hairline. I’m very happy with the density of the hairline. The temple points are the chefs kiss. I’ll post a full update later.
  13. Guys, Let me clarify my statement. Dr. Hasson will be offering a free one-year supply to those who agree to share their review on the forum. You must be willing to update the thread monthly, as you would a hair transplant. You must also qualify. I meant some of you may share your photos with me, and Dr. Hasson can do a live qualification on the podcast with a diagnosis. It is not free, just to appear on the podcast. I think it’s a big statement to offer it free in exchange for a review. I do believe it works incredibly well, and is much safer than the oral version. I will be asking about micro-dosing as well. I’m not sure anyone has tried it. But I for one would be happy to start a journey here and try it.
  14. It’s not if you appear on the podcast, it’s if you’re approved live. They will be offering a free year supply to those who agree to share their monthly reviews of the product here on the forum. We will be discussing the clinical trials on the podcast. No one is telling you to do anything, it’s purely voluntary.
  15. Also, guys, if you’re interested in getting a free year supply and you don’t mind being shown in the podcast send me a pm.
  16. I believe they already know it’s effective, but a good question is whether they’ll be offering a free one-year supply for a review.
