Nothing certanly didnt touch my scalp while i was on my way to the surgery ... But i am passed being frustrated because of that, now my main frustration is while i am waiting for scabs to fall out and see how intense was the damage i suffered.

I think it is too late to try to sort it out with the airline company because 2 days already passed, and at the moment i was so frustrated and angry and all i was thinking is to take my pencil and stick it other passenger's with the suitcase neck. Thankfully i took some xanax and calmed down. Now i am just summing the damage and praying that the day when i remove scabs everything will be fine and that i will have many hairs on the area that i injured. There is a photo of my head that i took few hours after the accident bellow my first post where you can see strains of blood. I just hope that somehow i didn't loose too many grafts and that most of them just moved a bit but stayed and will continue growing even though i dont know is that possible...

Hi guys, few days ago, 2 days after i had my HT surgery, while sitting on my plane seat a suitcase from another passanger fell on my head while he was trying to put in a storage locker that was above me which i couldnt see because of my hat. I took a hit on the top of the head and then it rolled down on right corner of scalp. I suffered some injuries but i dont know how serious they are and how many grafts i might have lost. The one that is bugging me the most is the injury on my hair line because i am afraid that it might distrupt it if too many grafts were lost there. So if You could please give me Your opinion on how intense do You think the damage is. I dont remember seeing any pulled grafts, just the bleeding which stopped quickly. Is it possible that even the grafts that were damaged but not pullen to regenerate and grow again or they are permenantly lost? Is there a possibility that even more grafts had been damaged but it is not noticable because they are not bleeding? And last, will i be able to know the amount of damage in few days after i remove scabbs, like for example damaged area is slightly balder then the rest parts od scalp if i lost too much grfats, or if it still has many hairs then not many grafts were lost and it will be ok? Any answer is much appreciated since this freaked me alot, and since then i cant even eat properly

Country is Bosnia, and unfortunately it is not available at least not in my state, and i can't buy in another state with prescription from mine even if they have it... The only option that is left for me is internet order and i cant find the right web site and be sure its real deal.

I decided to start on hair loss medications because of big increase in hair loss in the last couple of months, probably because of 2 surgeries that i had and i already had weak hair before . In my country i was able to find only minoxidil 5% but its home made version with another name. I cant find finasteride anywhere even if i am able to get prescription and its really frustrating. I placed an order on internet for 5mg finasteride on topmedshop24.com where it said its from Canada but my bank report said money went to China and later i found out that there are many online pharmacies that are marked as scams and that one is probably one of them, and even if get my product i am not sure will i use it because i am afraid what it might contain, or maybe i will send it for toxicology report... Stupid of me i know but this is the first time i am ordering anything online. I heard about legit product from Merck but i dont know can i get it without prescription or even how to place an order or the price or are they shipping to my country because their site is so confusing. So i am asking you people can you recommend to me any safe web sites where i could buy finasteride without prescription, or sites where you get your meds, i mean finasteride, minoxidil and nizoral 2 %? I know i can find minoxidil and nizoral on ebay but i dont know is it safe to take it from there, i dont want to make the same mistake twice....

In the last couple of months i have noticed significant increase in hair loss, maybe even more than i had in few years. So i decided to start on medications .I ordered online propecia 5mg, biotin 5mg and minoxidil 5% spray. The only thing left for me to buy is Nizoral 2% shampoo, which i cant find anywhere online. Now i would like to ask what do you think about taking all of this together for beginner? Is it too much? Is it smart to use half of propecia pill (2,5mg), at least in the beginning, or should i take full (5mg) pill? About the minoxidil spray, is there really any difference between spray, foam and liquid? Also, can you please send to my inbox names of sites where you are buying these products online which have shipment in Europe, specially for Nizoral 2% which i haven't ordered yet. I was kinda desperate and in hurry and i ordered these products on the first web sites that i could find selling them without minding the price. I found some at e-bay but i was little skeptical about their quality and didnt order them , dunno maybe i was wrong... but if i plan continue using them, finding cheaper sites could save me a lot of money in the future. Hello, in few months i am going to do my first ht. surgery. I have never used any type of medications for hair loss neither I wish to use. Its because of my health condition (nothing too serious) that i am advised not to use medications for stimulating hair growth or to make your hair stronger, medication to treat depression, sleeping pills, tranquilizers and sedatives, Now my questions are... Do i have to use some type of medications after ht. surgery and how important are they for transplanted hair? I am not talking about 10 days post medication like pain killers or something to reduce swelling etc. I am talking about long term medications that i would have to use for like 6 month or so, Will not taking suggested medications affect the final outcome of transplanted hair? Can Biotin be counted in the same group of medications that i mentioned before or is it more like a vitamin and would not affect me like them? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hello cloudy. First i cant express myself how happy I am because i found this post of yours, and that is the reason why i joined this forums. I am also considering to book an apointment with dr. Demirsoy for hair transplant surgery aswell (due to same reasons as yours). The thing that attracted me the most is your hair loss which looks exactly the same as mine with minor differnence because I am slightly younger than you and I have more hair left but i am sure in few years my head will look exactly the same as yours did before the surgery (we have the same head shape aswell). So I would like to do this surgery the same way you did it ( cover the first third of scalp, and refill a little the middle part, maybe to fix temples a little also like you did). I think in my case up to 2500 grafts will be sufficient to cover missing hair.
