Dr Lorenzo: we are not worthy
-
Interesting observation Matt, can you elaborate please on why you think strip would be more beneficial to this gentleman than FUE (I'm not challenging your contention, would just like to understand your reasoning).
-
are you on meds?
-
All I will say is you don't realise how much hairloss consumes your life until you get your hair back. It's such a relief.
.
This.

Pre-op photos below.
Is that your head shaven pre-op or were you that bald pre-op? If the latter, the transformation has been excellent!
-
no, but the ones in Europe have the best reputation and in the case of some in Turkey, you will be making a significant saving, even factoring in the cost of flights....
-
Head to Europe
-
hey dude, any updates?
-
It is still too early to worry.
1. Stay out of the mirror. I am with you, waiting for a transplant to come in can make time fly by.
2. Dropping a hairline like that is extremely difficult and takes a lot of grafts. I hope you end up satisfied, but it may take more than one procedure to make you happy with the transition from native to transplant.
Good luck.
Spanker, if a patient is a NW3, do you think it is better to fill in the natural hairline rather than dropping a hairline?

Dunno about the top three but they are all coming out of Europe, on reputation from these forums I don't think anyone from North America would make a top 5 or even a top 10.....how times have changed over the last few years
-
definitely go for the 3k ... the first option is too aggressive imo ... and you have the insurance of having more grafts left for a top up session in a few years ... are you are propecia by the way?
-
While Feriduni is excellent Lorenzo is widely regarded as the best FUE surgeon in the world, his results are consistently stunning. And with Lorenzo he does everything himself. Having said that, youre in safe hands with Dr Feriduni.
-
With the results coming out of Turkey from two doctors in particular, the question is why isn't everyone going to Turkey for FUE?!
-
Mick how much longer is Dr L still in Manchester?
-
Dr Lorenzo is the best surgeon in the world.

Can you comment on what your individual experiences of the three clinics and doctors was like and did they differ much in their projections?
-
In my opinion, the older women get, say 35 plus, the less picky they are about hair and looks, but that is only because they can't afford to be as picky. Women in their twenties are far more picky because they have all the power - youth and beauty. If you're a baldie, then you're just not as desirable. Get a decent set of hair though and you're back in the game!
-
I really think a well done, thick HT would make your looks skyrocket. Like if you are a balding 5-6 on a scale of 10, an HT may get you up to an 8, IMO, especially if you are already attractive.
Hopefully it will happen in my case!

Thanks in advance to the people on here who have answered my questions recently.....one that popped into my head is whether people who have had hair restoration feel it has improved their looks?
I assume in most cases a successful procedure would, but it will be interesting to hear from people with first hand experience whether this was the case.
Thanks.

In life you generally get what you pay for.
Do you feel this maxim also generally applies to HT's?
-
thanks for responding. I must say Dr Doganay results have been very impressive so far. Looks like you get great value with Bhatti but I am not yet convinced with his hairlines, they just don't look as soft and natural as the Dog's
-
Whose work are you most impressed with from the results you have seen so far?
-
just out of interest, how many straight guys here factored the opposite sex into their decision to get a HT?
