Really happy for you! Excellent Results!
I am wondering why you need another HT?
Hair Greed?

Eugenix always does a small test of local anesthesia before the procedure. Now i realized why it's so important.

Clinic name? Is it Medispa?
They are the only one who does FUT and FUE combo

You are one month post op.
Why don't you use Nizoral for your dandruff?

Looks concerning
Grafts are quite spaced out, can you please tell me how many grafts were used?

Go for Hair Transplant, real hair is real hair.
I kind a feel it's waste to spend 3000 $ on SMP's especially when you can get HT.
But I would advise you to consult some other clinics and check their suggestions, you already had a poor outcome from your first HT at Eugenix, are you sure you want to go there for your second HT too?

So I had some more shedding recently and wanted to inquire further on this. I'm beginning to notice that the hair loss on my crown and mid scalp gets worse after either periods of traveling or times when I experimented with being on a restrictive diet. When I first made this thread, I had come back from about 3 months of traveling.
This year, I started traveling in June, and then around 3-4 months later in October, I had another big shed that lasted basically until I came back home a few weeks ago. I had visited Dr. Laorwong in June and November of this year. In June, my crown was still okay where it was recommended to hold off on surgery. But by November, Dr. Laorwong had deemed that I'd be a candidate for crown surgery because enough hair had fallen out.
I have continued to take finasteride or dustasteride every day, so it makes me feel like perhaps there's something else causing hair loss in my crown and mid scalp. Could it be vitamin deficiency while traveling?
I doubt its Vitamin deficiency. I guess its your finasteride and dutasteride. Why are you taking both the medications?

Thanks @Shadman. Yes, Dr. Bhatti was a clear no-go. But I'm confused with Eugenix too. Over the past 2-3 days, I've shown my pics to Dr. Laorwong as well. Acc to him, I'll need about 4000 grafts for the front, mid and temples, while Eugenix had suggested ~2500 grafts for the same portion. That's a big difference. I'm concerned if it would impact density. Ideally I'd want a super dense frontal hairline. Most of the Eugenix's HTs I've seen have good density but not great. Seeking opinions from other senior members as well
Eugenix always opt for the conservative approach. 2500 Grafts will give you decent frontal coverage. I guess, Eugenix is not touching your crown and they want medication to do that job. Since you are from Mumbai, you can opt for Eugenix as it will save your time and travel.
Dr Laorwong, is a good doctor and 4000 grafts which he recommended is for complete coverage including front and crown.

Two months is quite soon to judge whether Minoxidil is working or not.
Are you on Finasteride?

Thank you. I tried reaching out to Nadar but no response.
Meanwhile, I got to quotes from Eugenix and Laorwong. Both are similar price. Any recommendations please?
Both the clinic are very ethical and produce good results. There are lot of reviews in our forum for both these clinics.
You also need to take in consideration the factors like traveling and the availability of dates

Great Write Up! The works look clean any specific reason why you opt for non shave technique?

You are just three months from your procedure, and usually around three months growth starts. Please be patient
As per your pictures, either you have experience quite a shock-loss or your existing Hair has disappeared. Frankly speaking you should have left your crown on medications. I don't know why Eugenix decided to transplant grafts on crown?
I will only advice you to wait for at least a year before deriving any conclusion, Dr. Das is a good surgeon, don't stress on second procedure right now, just focus on your recovery and please remember one thing, once you start Finasteride or Minoxidil you need to stay on it forever. Never stop those medicines if they are working for you.

Well there are couple of multi graft but nothing to be worried
Stop checking out reddit and deriving any conclusion that your final Hair Transplant will look like that.
Your Hair Transplant seems normal to me

Results are good, I wonder how much $ he has spend to get his hair back
-
$10 per graft is quite high! There are surgeons outside US who are producing excellent results at half the price. ( eg. Eugenix, Dr Path, Dr Laorwong )
