  1. You have got lot of good advice over here.

Your first HT Failed badly, now don't jump immediately into second HT.

Research deeply and explore your options. India is huge country and there are ton's of HT clinics. Majority are Hair Mills.

There are few clinics from India which are recommended over here and one is Eugenix, no doubt they have scaled huge and their prices have shot up but atleast they are ethical and provide decent results.

Consult Eugenix and see what they recommend, if Budget is not issue then please explore outside your country.

If possible sue the doctor who performed your first HT and how much did you paid for this?

thank you. It took every ounce of self-restraint in my body not to smack their hand away when they put their fat finger against it and said “why the bald spot”

Well you should had smacked their fat fingers.

Jokes apart, as rest said, there are some existing hair there, hence they have left that spot.

  3. I agree with the members, your hairline at present look's good, no need to adjust it. Yes you can add density to it but that HT plan shared by Dr. Arika is quite funny. I bet she did it in a second.

Your case requires in person consultation and meticulous planning.

As you know, Eugenix are busy scaling their operations, they have opened their new clinic in Hyderabad and they are steadily increasing the cost, the doctors in Eugenix  have increased their cost and they have gone one level up in terms of price.

Frankly speaking, I would avoid going to Eugenix second time and look at other options.

There are lot of better doctors available, you can look at Dr Kongkiat Laorwong or Dr Ratchathorn Panchaprateep in Thailand, both are gem of doctor and are affordable.

After how long is it safe to use the lotion? It stimulates hair growth because it contains natural extracts of aloe vera, lavender, nettles, chamomile, rosemary and more, and also soothes my scalp so that I don't have dandruff, which in turn hinders hair growth more or less

I remind you that the lotion contains a small amount of alcohol (about 10-11%)

    Thanks 🙏

Safe to use it after 15 days

I applied the lotion on the ninth day at the end of the healing process (but not completely) I still had crusts Is it possible that I did not damage (burn) the grafts and everything is Ok? there was no bleeding

By ninth day your grafts are perfectly secured and yes you  have not burnt your grafts.

So stop worrying now and focus on healing.

I think it looks pretty good on you PJ although clearly there is some quite sparse areas…. IMHO I consider Eugenix an advanced hairmill and they tend to go overly aggressive and the density is often subpar which we have seen quite a lot lately here. If I were you, and you want a few areas improved density-wise, I would look elsewhere.

    all the best

Well I do agree that Eugenix have turned into advanced Hair Mill but in most of the cases they tend to go conservative during first HT.

May be I am wrong but that's what I have seen.
