Cobblestoning are the result of poor technique, it mainly occurs when skin disc on the graft is too large and often placed just above the skin surface

Hey, I want to share this one thing. I have been applying Minoxidil on the area where I got HT after completing 3 months of HT. I still feel I am losing transplanted hair while massaging after applying minoxidil. These transplanted hair should be permanent right? Then why am I losing ? is it due to minoxidil application? If so, it's been 4 months. Should not it have stopped by now?
Any chance that they will grow back? It looks awful presently.ย
Shedding should stop now, may be they are non transplanted hair's

You should do what Melvin told you. Have a personal consultation with them and have a dialog on how to move on from here. You still have some months left and thing can turn around. ย
ย when it comes to the cobblestoning I think you should also talk with others doctors in your area (india?) such as Dr.Bathi and medispa. Is important to get other doctors views too on this issue and to be 100% sure If it is cobblestoning or not.ยย
Definitely not Dr.Bhatti, I am sure Eugenix will fix this up if this doesn't turn out good

Stop worrying unnecessarily, your grafts are perfectly secured after two weeks.
Different clinics have different opinion regarding buzzing your hair, some clinics advise to wait for 6 months while some are ok even after two weeks.
Factually your Grafts are anchored and are safe after two weeks so a buzz cut won't damage your grafts.

Thank you for your answer. Appreciate it.
I have been waiting for a few years now. My hair loss has stabilised and there is also no regrowth anymore. So it is completely stable.
Do you still think I should wait a bit?
Thanks
Obviously yes, wait for few more years. Don't rush into HT now.
MPB is quite unpredictable, hence better wait till you turn thirty and then explore your option.
In the meantime, continue your medications and keep monitoring your hair

In my previous comment i did mention about cobblestoning and your current pictures clearly shows it.
This is indeed a poor result from Eugenix. I know you have few more months left but don't expect any miracle...
What Eugenix has to say about this?

I wish I could. I agreed to not โoutโ them in order to get half my money.
Just name them, are you sure you will get half money? Just look at your results, how on earth are you so sure that they will return your money?

The pictures are concerning but on the positive side you have four months left. I won't be too much optimistic at this point and I can understand your disappointment.
I can also see slight cobblestoning near your hairline hope I am wrong.
It's better you wait till one year mark and then decide with which doctor you want to fix.
What Eugenix has to say?

Its better to wait and be on medicines, you are just 25.
My advice, wait till 30 and be on medicines, keep monitoring your hair.

I m planning to do a consulation, I m not sure which doctor I can choose apparently there is a charge here .ย
Which doctor we can choose to do the consultation? is it Dr. Somesh or Dr. Priya Das
Consultation are not free and you can choose any doctors as per your Budget.
Both are equally good in my opinion and lot of user feedback regarding Dr. Soumesh and Dr. Das are already shared in our forum, please read it

Does it look like 5k grafts are efficiently used? Please give me your opinionย
I will surely keep posting updatesย
No it doesn't, this doctor always fails to densely pack his grafts.
But now, nothing can be done, I hope I am wrong and you get good results
-
Have you consulted Eugenix? They have various price plans and specialize in High Norwood Cases

Thanks for sharing your experience!
The work look's decent and i hope you get good result, please do keep us updated

If you are planning to do second surgery, Its always recommended to wait at-least twelve months.

Hi guys,
A day after the surgery, the blood rush is starting, and all the new grafts crave some of it. What is the recommended regimen by top doctors?
Besides Finasteride, are there any crucial vitamins? What about Minoxidil?
Thanks
Blood rush is starting mean?
I am not able to understand what you are trying to say

Scabs doesn't fall naturally you need to remove them.
No need to wait more start removing your scabs by using mild shampoo.ย

Very challenging case and my best bet will be Dr. Sethi and Dr. Pittella.ย
You need your beard grafts to achieve decent coverage.ย
Have you considered other options like Hair System?ย
ย

Yes.
The Podcast with Melvin was really good and it gave lot of insights regarding how Dr. Zarev work.
