  1. Looking forward to hear ur experience..I have been on the fence about booking a procedure with him since there are no patients who have posted complete 1 year pics so it's kind of hard to commit ..I hear good things about him though .All the best dude and keep us posted.
  2. So agenteye now since u had strip what do you think about that as compared to FUE..would you prefer one over the other..what made you choose FUT ..I see you got 4737 grafts so was that the reason.I am just scared of the scar and any future pain or anything weird. California I am contact these guys ..Thanks..the thing I was saying was I have seen these guys results but none of them have a end to end process complete like a 12 month cycle so it's hard to get an idea of the final results.
  3. The only thing I am worried about is that I have not seen a patient in this forum who has a complete album from the start to finish ..so that I can see clearly the outcome ..I really do not want to just jump directly in a HT procedure..to be honest I am really scared about if anything bad happens ..just on the verge of booking a date and so quite nervous right now...although I have read all positive reviews about him but as they say a picture is worth a thousand words...
  4. Hey NotOld..You got any update for us..Thinking about getting a HT from dr Bhatti ..any update would be helpful.
  5. Thanks man...I am now looking to stay in chandigarh for atleast 3 days so I have ample time to heal and just in case I need the doc..So when did you start going to work ..does it looks really bad with the scabs or people don't notice it that much..what's your experience in this..also if you don't mind telling me which package u took ..the only main difference I see between the premium and standard is that of this.. New imported Harris punch used ...do you or anybody else knows what's the difference between this and Harris punch ...also does he do just one procedure per day or more. Sorry if I am bugging you with 2 many questions but I am just about to book the procedure date and just want to be sure I am doing the right thing.
  6. Thinking of getting a transplant from Dr Bhatti so I m also very interested in hearing the feedback.
  7. Yeah that's what I was thinking that flying back the next day would be kind of hard ..so do you need to take a lot of medications or like you said apply saline every 20 mins ..I mean that's kind of hard to do while your travelling and that 2 such a long distance...also did you shave your head .
  8. Hey California ..So how was your experience with him..how many grafts did you get and did you feel any pain or anything afterwards .. What made you choose him ..and if you don't mind can you tell me in which Hotel did you stay and did the clinic manage all your travel and lodging stuff in india.
  9. Hello Guys, I have been reading this forum for quite some time..took part in some discussions also some time ago and had been busy lately so didn't think about my hairs that much..well I have to visit India in dec and was thinking of now getting my HT done ..I have been reading here good stuff about Dr Bhatti and saw his work and really liked it ..and just got his dates schedule and so am about to make a deposit ...and so wanted to hear from the seniors here what they think about Dr Bhatti so far .. Also I am planning to fly back to US the day after my surgery ..is that a good idea or there can be issues with this. Is there any kind of bleeding or anything afterwards that I need to be worried about . Also opinion about FUT or FUE in my case which is best .
  10. Blake i was talking about motorized punches like safe scribe and manual punches..and stinger the doc who told me about safe scribe was Dr Bhatti ..How do you feel about his work..Like the final yield and scar and other stuff that you guys know about .
  11. Is there scar differences also between the two like one causing less small scar than the other or the quality of the ultimate results.
  12. I recently got a reply from a doc about his FUE technique and he said he uses the safe scribe system ..What do you guys think about it..is it the latest and greatest techniques for grafts extraction.
  13. ali have u researched enough and know the pros and cons of what u are getting into..Dr Charles is a recommended doc here but I suggest you do some more consults or better go for in person and take different opinions..spend some good time on this forum and then decide what u have to do..Don't rush is what I would say..also some pics would be helpful..
  14. I am attaching some pics which are just more than 3 years old..have a look guys and let me know what you guys think about those old pics in comparison to new ones and my hair loss progression.
  15. I thought IAHRS was kind of Doctor's Alliance or something..Didn't knew it was just run by one guy and I guess he's the host of the Bald Truth radio..
  16. OtherSyde after chatting with Mickey and taking a step back I am a little bit relaxed now and rethinking my strategy..and man I checked ur pics .. just 1775 and the Faux Hawk look is so cool ..Also howz ur scar..from your pics it's really hard to tell but do you have any issues with the scars. So thinking now I don't need to have a big procedure..I think it was Dr Raymond and Dorin who both said that i will be needing around 1500 grafts..I am thinking now about the FUT vs FUE thing..Have been giving FUE some deep reading now..Thanks for ur advice man
  17. Did you read Mickey's reply..It's very clear that as far as Hair Thinning is concerned you cannot assume. My uncles have very nice hair at age 55 also but my father has started to thin out at 60..He had great head of hair till his 50's..so if ur prediction is true I should not be here commenting on ur post in the first place...People here are making you realize that HT is not a joke and whatever you do u make a informed decision..so plz think about it very carefully and visit a Doc to get some good opinion on ur condition.. I know Hair loss sucks man as do everybody here but HT is permanent and don't do something that will make u regret it down the road.
  18. Hey Kujji..Congrats on your outcome you still have some time to see if they the hairs mature more..and I think u ve been pretty professional from the start of this thread and didn't actually bad mouthed Dr Dorin considering u were not satisfied with ur result and still said Dr Dorin is very good..I am actually thinking about going for a HT with Dr Dorin..
  19. So u saying under 2000 FUE is the way to go..After reading about it I also have started thinking in that direction..FUE is though so Fu***** expensive
  20. And Ali don't do it..just listen to the peple here ..they would advice you correctly always..I have also just joined this forum and have got tons of good advice from people here ..I see things in your situation you would need 2 much grafts to cover everything so FUE would not be very helpful here and if u go the FUT route and later loose ur native hairs you ll be in trouble because of the scar ..
  21. so sorry to hear that Mickey ..I see that ur age is also in the late 20's like mine..So did you get ur hairs fixed by some other doc..I am 27 and also planning to go for a HT..have been researching for quite some time now.
  22. Is there a percentage or something that we all agree that it works on ..Dr Cooley seems to be using it along with ACell ..Are there some issues also in case we decide to go with it ..like any known issues
  23. What made you chose FUT over FUE ..lets leave the cost aside..And Btw how is your scar..That is one thing that worries me
