  1. Dear sampat , u can meet patients or talk to them on phone...their details can be mailed to u on ur mail id.
  2. Dear Nitesh, looking at my own experience,[ i will be meeting TSUJI team of japan, had personal meeting with dr roland lauster, talking to dr prasad partner of dr hitzig of acell, and meeting one on one with researchers across the globe, with wnt hsc of hitogen]....my intuition says by 2017 ,we should have MPB cure upto 90%.I am lucky with cure friendly regulations in asia, that i am able to offer certain level of hair activation and multiplication. And another advantage is, we are clinic based company,we need not wait for allogenic packed product to be made available across market, hence we can offer our services through clinics under the monitoring of doctors and thus little relaxed regulations..with which.we can find solutions faster, even with less financial expenses being late than some big corporations...! in my clinic at present itself fue and strip methods are getting less willingness from my patients and encouraging response for SHM,and we are slowly phasing out these techniques...as opposed to the opinion of forum publishers my experience was better with fue than strip method...i forsee reduction of strip method by 80%and reduction of fue work by 50% in next 5yrs..........lets wait and watch..!
  3. Dear member, good question...as u might be aware,as on today,we all are trying to understand the role of dermal papilla, germ cell, mid follicle bulge stem cells, the role of neuropeptides on stemcell, the role of wnt pathway to convert stem cell to progenitor active stemcells, the role of messenger molecular communication from stemcells to the sorrounding cells.....we all are trying to study how mother nature CREATES HAIR FOLLICLE FROM EMBRYONIC STEMCELLS IN A WOMB.With my first stage of SHM treatment, from approx. 100 hair follicles, i get approx. 15000 stemcell [which includes dp cells ,bulge stem cells and germ cells], than i activate them through multiple growth factors of non animal origin plus arterial prp with 250ml blood not just 10ml blood ,to get higher concentration of natural growth factors[i WOULD LOVE TO USE WNT PROTIENS FOR STMULATING STEMCELS TO PROGENITOR ACTIVE CELLS[which histogen is using in their hsc in clinical trials..waiting for their safety approval].....at this stage ,i do not multiply stem cells and this procedure is completed in 4 hours in lab.the advantage is that ,i do not expose these cells for more than 5hrs outside human scalp, and try to achieve the right combination of pieces required to stimulate resting hair follicles and or create new hair follicles[to our surprise we are seeing encouraging results within a month]...in the second stage[from 18th to 30thday] only difference is that we increase the number of cells by multiplication in lab and follow the same process....in the third stage which is in the clinical trial stage[not available to patients] we actually create differentiated hair follicle ,visible under microscope at approx. 2months]and inject into the scalp. for 30% who see avg. results may vary case to case with age and NW classification..will quantify in my next post...we repeat 2to 6 sessions with nominal cost to increase our success rate in these 30% patients .Its just the matter of safety issue and long time required fir clinical trial, otherwise the major breakthrough is not fare,It will come from asia, because the regulations are more cure friendly..and allows to first find a near real solution and than go for approval with clinical trials.
  4. Dear Member, Weightloss clinics are run by my wife under the same brand name Dr Nigam, there are only 3 service lapse or product delivery complaints of 10 years of practice and those issue has been resolved with clients, there is only 1 complaint who had come for a consultation, deposited a nominal amount but did not do the procedure. We have invited her to clinic to solve the the isuse. My wife has 12 clincs and I have 5 clinics which are 10 years old, with good number of patients from 1.2 billion population from India and overseas, 4-5 complaints in the whole internet after 10 years of practice. ....!

  7. Kindly go thorough my updated website which is still under construction much better pics, including my own Before & After
  8. Dear 123king, Kindly let me clear your doubts on Dr Nigam's Stemcell hair multiplication, let me inform you the future is of autologous adult stem cell multiplication of once own hair follicle stem cells. When you are talking about adipose tissue stem cell of allogenic variety (i.e. some one else stemcell from fat implanted into your scalp), for fat stem cell to convert to hair follicle is 20 years away neither it is legal anywhere in the world. It make sense to focus on our own hair stemcells for multiplication. Kindly go through my 2 replies to the questions posted by other forum members regarding my technique. 1) Since the adult stem cells used for multiplication and differentiation into hair folllicles are extracted from hair follicles from the back of the head which are in most of the cases known to be resistant to DHT, hence chances of falling like in MPB are reduced as in traditional FUE/ FUT hair transplant. 2) Our experience till now show that multiplied hair grow as thick as normal native hair on the back and side of the scalp. In our Stem Cell Hair Multiplication experience, we have observed that clients not only get new hair follicles from the activated adult stem cells but also these activated adult stem cells play a major role in activating dormant telogen hair, vellus hair and this activation of existing follicle is much more promising at present. It is to be noted that latest observation among scientific peers even as per one of your hair restoration forum blogs is that "is MPB due to inactivation of adult stem cells in mid hair follicle bulge. 3) Approximately 50% patients have excellent results, 30% have average results and unfortunately at present 20% may not have any additional hair growth. I am in the process of getting world's first movable photon microscope from the only manufacturer in the world at Berlin from Germany (with the help of this microscope, we will be able to monitor directly on the scalp as in what happens to implanted, activated stem cells after they are injected into the human scalp), till then, as we are aware adult stem cell in the hair follicle can either be used to heal or regenerate skin, epidermis or activate dormant hair follicles or differentiate and become a hair organ i.e hair follicle. When we make pricks to inject stem cells into the scalp, some stem cells or in some unfortunate cases most of the stem cells may be utilised for healing the micro wounds created by injection pricks. Another observation in unsuccessful results is that it is not the activated adult stem cell hair follicle alone but the surrounding tissue with special messenger molecular communication with the stem cell activating WNT pathway also plays an important role in forming a new hair follicle. This nature's code is gradually getting deciphered/ decoded by the research scientists. We are trying to study how mother nature creates hair follicles in a fetus when first embryonic stem cell starts getting differentiated into a hair follicle from 4 weeks onwards and by 7th to 8th month of fetal age, total no. of hair follicles are finalised for full grown adult when he/she is the the mother's womb. On a new born scalp, there are vellus hair, gradually stem cells are activated and hair becomes thicker and as the stem cells become deactivated, hair again starts thinning and become vellus hair on a bald scalp like a new born. My theory is that we were chimpanzees in the jungles before, hence we needed hair for protection. Now we are in a concrete jungle where hair is not important for survival as physical protector( rather we need highly functioning brain to survive), Hence, the blood with nutrition is getting shunted from the scalp to the brain (as when the blood is shunted to the stomach and intestines from the brain after having food and you feel sleepy) Gradually, the hair on the scalp like the body would become vestigeal and we are noticing younger and younger adults and now even kids having thinning of hair and becoming victims of MPB. We have already created neo-papilla hair follicle in our regenerative lab but this would be available commercially only after completion of human clinical trials as per the regulatory compliance requirement. My prediction is baldness, cure upto 90% should be available commercially by 2017 by my team or any other fellow colleague or lab. 4) Yes, it is possible in approximately 50% cases that is 1 out of 2. He might haveto take 5-6 sessions of stem cell multiplication and we will use our donor doubling technique to minimise the no. of follicles required for the same. 5) A single hair follicle has approximately 150 stem cells located at multiple locations in a hair follicle. In lay man's language, when we get a cut on the skin, it is the resident stem cells of the skin which heals the cut and makes new skin. Similarly the cycle of hair follicle from thinning to falling and again coming back is majorly because of adult stem cells in the hair follicle. If we use 200 hair follicles, we can isolate 150 into 200 that is approximately 30000 stem cells. If we multiply them in 2 cycles, they will become 120000 stem cells. At present, we have observed in successful client results upto 40000-50000 new hair visibility secondary to stimulation of dormant telogen and vellus hair and others by new hair follicle formation. There are approximately 1000000 hair on an average on human scalp. I patients with average or poor results, we repeat this process 2-6 times and then the success rate improves further. 6) We have to extract at least 200-300 hair follicles(although beared hair is the best because it has got 2 DNA and it is much thicker and it has no damage to existing beard hair because we pluck only the 1 DNA that is a part of beard hair follicle) for getiing a good colony growth of stem cells. Regards, Dr. Nigam
  9. Nape hair statement was used for lay man for general understanding, you are correct it is mostly the back of the head, wherever more thickness of the hair is greatest but our first choice is beard hair. I will show you the pictures after six months since I have recently hired a professional photographer. I can post the fresh pictures of early result of stem cell of 1000-2000 hairs within 3 months of stem cell treatment. My before picture of Jan 2012 and with more than 20000 multiplied hair seen in Oct 2012 is available on my website. Best regards Dr. Nigam

  11. Dear Blake, I could provide you multiplication of adult stem cell of hair follicles with microscopic pictures of multiplication day wise by February 2013. Since we are installing new software outside the main lab connected to our laser micro scopes as normal camera photography is not permissible inside the lab due to technical reasons. In the mean time the forum publishers are more than welcome to visit our lab and witness the multiplication and differentiation of the adult stem cell of hair follicle. I can also show you the picture of actual formation of the new papilla hair formation in vitro in the lab once I get the permission from the publisher of the forum to post these pictures. l
  12. Dear member,in one cycle of stemcell hair multiplication treatment, we reinject twice, once on day one and on day18th, depends on case to case.In 50% cases results are excellent, in 30% cases results are average and in 20% cases there is no result,in which case we need to repeat the procedure 2 to 6 times again. You can expect to grow 30000 to 50000 hair, if u fall in 50% success category.Stemcell hair multiplication is the future as far as MPB cure is concerned. As on today, when a client comes to us ,bottom line is ,he needs hair on his/her head...we start with SHM AND IN CASES WERE COMPLETE GROWTH IS NOT ACHIEVED, IN ONLY THOSE CASES WE TAKE SUPPORT OF ULTA REFINE FUE.We also use DOUBLING TECHNIQUE TO EXTRACT HAIR FOLLICLES TO SAVE THE GRAFTS.There is no downtime physical limitation, you can go to work after the treatment. Regarding safety issue, since we are using your own that is autologous stemcells not embryonic stemcells, and since we use non animal based growth factors(hence reduced risk of antigen reaction),practically no known side effect is reported but theoretically , basal cell carcinoma may be a possibility, only with time we can observe the incidence rate if any.We follow the US and Indian regulatory guidelines on stemcell research and therapy.Side effects, if any after approvals will be known only with time.

  14. Dear Thuja / Sampat, I am not sure about the policy of this forum, if Bill-The Managing Publisher agrees I can put before after pictures and references of stem cell hair multiplication. I am not sure whether I can mention my website waiting for the response from the publishers. In the mean time please ask me informed questions regarding the technique, it safety, it approval status, doesn't it have money back guarantee on stamp paper, etc. Apart from ultra refine high density FUE (with or without pen implant) and FUT (with strip removal in 3 stages in a day), Dr. Nigam's stem cell hair multiplication (as per my knowledge on internet we are the first to offer actual stem cell hair multiplication in a regenerative lab, Aderans the nearest competitor are too in a phase clinical trial in USA and Dr. Gho's is offer folicular duplication of donor area and not stem cell hair multiplication, refer ISHRS presentation of Dr. Gho wherein we multiply 300 to approx 60000 hair in world's first stem cell hair multiplication regenerative lab in Mumbai, India) We also offer donor hair duplication technique, little different from Dr. Gho at 1/10th the price. Plus we offer upto 1500 graft free for density after 15 days of first hair transplant. Best regards Dr. Nigam
  15. Dear Deepak, Kindly feel comfortable to scrutinize me and my stem cell hair multiplication technique or donor area non-stem cell doubling technique. I am new to this forum but will be posting regularly on various aspect of stem cell hair multiplication. At present I am not sure what is ethical posting and I want to avoid any commercial posting from my side as per the policy of this forum. Best regards Dr. Nigam.
  16. Dear Bill, Good to see you. As suggested by you, since last 20 days, I have a new professional photographer, as you know Stem Cell results normally takes 3-6 months to show results, I will definitely post after pictures then. At present, I will be posting existing pics. Till then, members can talk or email my patients to know about their experiences. I welcome thorough scrutiny by your members and doctors in this forum, so that I can try to provide answers to their informed questions. I am not making any tall claims. At present, we are seeing good results of hair multiplication on approximately 50% patients, average results on approximately 30% patients and unfortunately no results for 20% patients (in which case we repeat Stem Cells HM process once or twice again with no added cost.) As you are aware SHM is an evolving science wherein proving every month. As per my information, our success rate is one of the best in the world in SHM (our FUT and FUE work is gradually replaced by Stem Cells. I see no harm in using combination approach of SHM and FUE. We use FUE on those part of the scalp where SHM growth is not dense. I think with professional good quality pictures, one can easily distinguish between Stem Cell Hair and FUE Hair since FUE Hair will most probably leave dimpling mark at the point of graft incision and FUE implants cannot be as dense as SHM growth of hair. Till few months, when I'll pose high definition professional photographs, members are welcome to communicate with my patients or visit the clinic. I will shortly be posting my Stem Cell lab multiplying and growing cells microscopic photographs. In the mean time, I can take up informed questions on the land scape of global Stem Cell research and what is my hair multiplication process except my proprietory process which is part of my patent application process. Since speaking to you, we have opened 4 more clinics. Next Clinic is coming up at Delhi in Jan. We are doing 100 plus cases per clinic per month with 70% clients for SHM with a team of 4 plastic surgeons, 18 dermatologists and a team of 74 graduate doctors, technicians and nurses. This would not be possible if our clinic is not producing 'good results.' Our competitors, Adreans research is in the second phase of clinical trial, our success rate is much higher than Dr.Gho who is into Stem Cell activation, not multiplication and our technique is much advanced than A Cell Stem Cell activation. We are in the finalisaton process to start joint clinical trials for our third stage of hair differentiation in vitro in the lab with a renowned Germen regenerative lab who were the first lab to produce neo-papillae hair follicle in-vitro. I have introduced myself to this forum to be thoroughly scrutinised and share wisdom by fellow members and expert faculty of doctors. Regards, Dr.Nigam
  17. Dear member, weightloss clinics are handled by my wife under the same brand name DRNIGAM....talking about one or two deficiency in services complaints against her weightloss clinics...u can follow the posts ...they have been rectified.oQUOTE=FinHairLoss;2326111]there is only 8 posts and they are all complaints about some weightloss thing.
  18. yes the pics shown here r very dark...thats not the cse with my original pics...!
  19. Dear members,I am DR VIVEK NIGAM,introduced to this forum 3days back...the members in this forum r well informed... it will be my pleasure to answer informed questions...and i am here for my scrutiny by members and fellow doctors...!
