  1. Thanks manish1990. Yes, I am currently in the 7th month post-op.
  2. So it happened yesterday (i remember many individuals mentioning it while documenting their HT journey). One of my old friends asked me, "have you lost weight?" The truth is I've actually gained 3-4 kgs in the past 6 months, so I guess there's only one change that could've elicited such observation….. Cheers!
  3. Hi All, I am attaching my 6 months pics clicked today. Most of them are with direct, bright flash but I have also added a couple of them under natural light indoors and outdoors for a complete assessment. Let me know what you think. Pic # 10 - crown growth comparison Pic # 12 - hairline comparison after the 2 procedures Pic # 13 - under direct sunlight Pic # 14 - indoors without flash P.S. - I am not on finasteride
  4. I agree with Redchilli, 2100 grafts should have given much more coverage and density. Can you share your immediately post-op pics to ascertain where exactly were the grafts placed? What is the doctor's opinion of the result? You still have a few months of growth left although.
  5. For your reference: http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/168700-2151-fue-grafts-dr-tejinder-bhatti-darling-buds-%96-23rd-dec-2012-a.html http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/172163-hair-transplant-2-dr-bhatti-1720-fue-sep-13-a.html Yes I have gone through both my HTs from Dr. Bhatti, the 2nd one being less than 6 months. Normally the density in donor is normal, but if I shave down to a grade 0 or 1 then I am sure the density might look less. Do go through mine and others' procedures and take an informed call. Cheers!
  6. Please Google as it's not allowed to post external links. For patient results use the forum 'search' option…..
  7. Gokul you can get in touch with Dr. Bhatti, Darling Buds, Chandigarh. You can review the progress and results of his patients on the forum. Best of luck.
  8. Thanks Rez. Yes that might be a possibility. Its been 5.5 months since the 2nd procedure and 14.5 months from the first. However, the crown was only operated upon in the second procedure…..
  9. Thanks mate I feel much better….. I am yet to touch the 6 months mark and hoping for more density in the subsequent months. The mid-scalp doesn't look empty as it used to after the 1st session. I guess the crown is also coming up well if you see the pics couple of posts earlier. Thanks for your support….. I hope you are recovering well from your 2nd procedure….. I wish the best for you.
  10. Good growth for 6 months….. keep updating your progress…..happy growing
  11. All the best buddy….. do keep us posted….. lemme know if you have any travel specific queries and stuff. I'll be glad to help…..
  12. I am sure you are a very happy man Graftinder Do you plan to keep your hair buzzed or plan to let it grow?
  13. Guys so it's time for the monthly update and I've hit the 5 month mark exactly today. This time the pics are without a buzz-cut (I've let them grow for a month). Most of the pictures are with flash for an accurate assessment. I've included a comparative picture for pre, immediate post-op and current 5 month status. The crown clearly stands out and I honestly believe that those 770 crown grafts were worth totally it. I mean the way the pre-op crown is shining away to glory is scary to think of now . As of now, a clean buzz cut passes me of as reasonably acceptable I guess. I met a fellow forum member who is also a Dr. Bhatti patient in Gurgaon to exchange a few notes and he was also of the same opinion. I think I would have to let my hair grow over the few months to accurately assess the impact and overall coverage. What do you guys think? P.S. - I am not on propecia/finasteride out of choice
  14. I don't think so. Sebhorrheic dermatitis accompanies lots of flaking. Still if you have any doubts, do consult your dermatologist.
  15. Thank you Rez. I guess he does that rarely and on request. Let me know if you need any advice on travel, stay or any other queries on Chandigarh/India.
  16. I don't think Dr. Bhatti does FUT. He's a strong FUE proponent.
  17. Thanks bro. Still a few months to go for the final result/impact.
  18. Hey buddy, still a lot of time to go. I'll surely be following your progress. I just completed 4 months of my HT with Dr.Bhatti…..
  19. Ok guys, so I believe things have picked up significantly from month three. For the first time there is a visible difference and the mid scalp has also started to fill-in a bit. I am also kicked about the growth in the crown as it seems to be heading towards decent coverage. I have just had a close crop haircut (with a grade #2 clipper on the sides and the back) and attached are the latest pictures. I prefer keeping my hair short these days as it makes them look neat. I have also included a regular snap from the front. Some might say that the hairline is high but, that is my natural hairline and I did not want to mess with it. Plus, I also did not have the luxury of a very good and dense donor. As always, keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best.
  20. No idea….. better be sure before taking the leap….. do a thorough research….. several clinics making false claims have suddenly mushroomed in India in the past year….. you need to be very careful
