Hi Mihir, I traveled from Bangalore to Vizag and resumed work on the 3rd day. (HT on Friday). Returned back to Bangalore in Saturday and was at work on Monday. I would say travel by Air or atleast 3rd AC in train to be comfortable.

Hi Guys, The cost of Rs 50 is for patients that travel to india to get the HT done.. There is small tax levied by the govt to all surgeons in form of a Cess. Tats the reason why is lil more than what India Patients pay. Nothing much can be done with that rg2955.

Hi , Im from bangalore as well...There are few doctors here . The most prominent one among them is Venkatram Mysore. There are few others.....check the ISHRS website to find the list...But none of them are approved here... The only approved doctors in India are Dr Madhu and Dr Radha.

I would feel more comfortable to jog for 30 mins in the morning and 30 in the evening while im at work. Just waiting for another week to complete a full month and im going to start off with this.. Having a look at the insanity program as well . Let me start off today with a nice walk in the park and see if im upto my old rhythm.

Thx for the feedback guys.. Im in week 3 post my HT. Is it ok now to get back to light jogging at a steady pace on a treadmill for 15mins ? I would really love to do the ab crunches and ab stretches if possible. Is it okay to do these exercises now ?

Hi Guys, I need some serious help to get my waist size down .I have been a fat boy for a long time now and had some serious thought to get my waist and my weight down from 90kgs. Its making me look real hefty. I started to go to gym in late November and had been a regular till my HT in Feb. Now it is begining to show as i have a feeling that my waist is again growing back to its old size. I have people telling me to take fat burning suppliments like Carnitine (Caffeine-free) or CLA (caffeine-free) or Tight Xtreme (with caffeine). And i really dont know if its advisable to take them post HT. Would like to hear some feedback if its ok to take such supplements or work on any other methods to start to loose this flab.

Hi Bill , I cannot comment much in terms of the results of the HT i just had.Its been just over 2 weeks. But im really impressed with how Dr Radha treats her patients and staff. Felt really at ease while i was there in vizag to the entire procedure. Will keep the forum members updated on my results.
