  1. So the clinic did not make things right with you or attempt to as Bill is claiming?any refund?

Yes the clinic offered a free surgery and did Also give a refund

And have Also complimented Them for that in my earlier thread.

But my donor is scared really bad after only 1300 grafts and that Can never be undone.

I Can always earn more money, but i Can never get my donor to look normal again or get all the grafts back :(

  2. you all proberbly know that im a former patient of This clinic.

and furthermore the results and donor was really bad.

To answer the question regarding a second chance for the clinic i Also need to ask my self This question:

“Would i go to This clinic and get my HT done again?”

The answer with be NO, not in a million of years

I was the one discovered that dr hakan used fake profiles and Many of Them was texting me and praised him to the sky.

And lured me into a HT with him

When to find out it was guys sitting in the same building as the doctor.

    I mean come on!

I could mention a few more things that would make people stay Thousends of miles away from the clinic but i want.

  3. he was playing mindgames; you look fine

Yeah i Also Think he was trying to take my focus of the game, but its just Odd he would hit that spot that really bothers me, and thats my hair/hairloss

Normally people say "i Got the long guy" because im like 192 Cm.

But that little Prick picked my hair.

So that makes me wonder if he thinks i look Bald/thinning, or he just saw a short haircut and normally Call that Bald, when in reality its not Bald.

  4. So i was out playing soccer today, and This one guy on the other team was saying like 20 times during the match "i Got the Bald guy" and he was refering to me.

The funny thing is that am not Bald.

I have gotten 2 HT and am keeping my hair cut short and use consealer.

I Found that This Way my hair is looking the thickest as possible.

But i was really suprised that he saw me as Bald.

Se my picture and let me know what you guys Think.

Its really stuck in my head Right now why he would see me as Bald, and Also feel the need to say it like 20 times

Do you Think that some people see short hair as Bald?

  5. Hey guys,

I am hoping to get some experienced feedback as I am looking to go in for my 2nd FUE procedure...

    HISTORY

I have a full head of hair with thick and healthy hair. My problem is strictly a badly receeding hairline.

I have previously had a FUE (approx. 900 grafts) almost 9 years ago, to fix the hairline.

The procedure was not too bad, but i dont think the hairline looks natural and the density in the transplanted area is not enough.

MY OBJECTIVE IS TO ACHIEVE A NATURAL LOOKING HAIRLINE, AS NOW I CAN NOT STYLE MY HAIR BACKWARDS BECAUSE IT DOES NOT LOOK NATURAL.

I live in Europe and I am considering doing it in either Europe or going to USA (east coast, preferably new york area)

    QUESTIONS

    1) There is a football player named wesley snjeider. I think his transplant looks amazing on the hairline. I have read up on him and seems trhat he has done something called HST.

Can anyone advise where he has had his surgery done, and/or provide some feedback on HST weather it is a viable procedure or not?

    2) From your experience on the site, what would be the best surgeon to achieve my desired goal within europe or eastern USA, as I dont want to make the wrong choice with the surgeon again?

    Thanks in advance,

I Think you should be carefull about compareing the result of celebrity's.

    Take sneider for an example.

    He uses ALOT of consealer!

    The same with rooney.

  6. When I initially consulted Dr Reddy back in 2012, he was not a member of this forum and there were not as many pictures of his work as there is now and I struggled to make contact after my consultation. I must admit that I have followed his work closely over the last few years and wondered if I’d made the right choice or not, by not going with him. As such, I thought I would consult him and Farjo.

My consultation experience with Dr Reddy was completely different with him this time than in 2011, he now has his own room at Selston for consultations and we spoke for about 25-30 mins, it was very thorough. He told me that my crown would not be perfect, but he could make an improvement to it. My goal was to fill it as much as possible so I could used the least amount of fibres – and hope that hair cloning is available in a few years!! I was not really impressed with Farjo in terms of FUE, because there are few results to view and I’ve hear lots of bad things about ARTAS. Given Dr Reddy’s extensive portfolio of work, and the fact he was only two hours away from my house, I thought it was a no brainer. In terms of Farjo, they only had 2 pictures of FUE on their website and I did not think they were great examples either!! It did not inspire confidence and they were more expensive too!!

I know Dr Reddy gets a bit of flak on this site for quoting people for the number of hairs. However, I booked the operation at Selston cosmetic clinic (which is cheaper than his Harley street practice) and was quoted ?5000 for 1200 grafts. I know that is more expensive than Dr De Reys, but I am so impressed with his work and in the UK there are people with no track record of performing transplants charging between ?5.50 to ?6.00 per graft. As such, I was paid ?4.16 per graft with someone who considered a top FUE surgeon and I had no hassle of travelling and staying in hotels.

Dr Reddy estimated that I saved around 3-4K by having the operation at Selston. All his team were present (3 of his technicians) and they only performed my surgery. I believe in Harley Street that his team perform two surgeries per day. Not only did I save money, but I had Dr Reddy present most of the time. I would say that he did around 80% of the extractions and incisions himself.

In terms of the operation, once my head was shaved both Dr Reddy and Umar (the technician) stated that Dr De Reys had done an excellent job with the placement of my grafts as they were all in the right direction. That pleased me a lot. Once the extractions started, Dr Reddy said that Dr De Reys’ had done an excellent job looking after my donor area and that it was still in great condition and that I had lots of “chunky grafts.” He was not sure whether Dr De Reys had left lots of big grafts, or whether my donor was packed full of chunky grafts. Indeed, 20 minutes in, Umar said that there were lots of four hair grafts and some five hair grafts. I don’t know the final breakdown, but after the team had extracted 824 prior to starting the incisions, there were 2 665 hairs, which Dr Reddy said is very rare for someone having their third operation, as the usual average is about 2.5 hairs per graft, at best. He said I was a bit of a genetic freak, because he’d only seen 6 NW candidates (which is what I would be without surgery and medication) with so many chunky grafts.

In terms of the punch, I believe a 1mm manual punch was used and the choi implanter was used (this sounds and feels like someone is cutting a pair of scissors above your head – completely painless!). Interestingly, Dr Reddy made an incision before placing each graft with the implanter pen. I am not sure whether that is common practice or not, but he believed the pen allows for more accuracy. Dr De Reys used the forceps method.

The operation lasted from 11.15 to about 20.15, with a 20 minute break for lunch. I can’t praise Dr Reddy and all his staff enough. I found Dr Reddy very easy to talk to and we had some very interesting chats about different surgeons and the hair transplant industry in general. He and his team are incredibly passionate about what they do and genuinely care about the patient. I feel so lucky to have found both of these surgeons, given my extensive hair loss – I needed every graft to count, especially because Dr Reddy told me some stories about the repair work he does!!

My goal before the operation was to reduce the amount of fibres I put on my crown (I don’t bother using it at the front any longer). Dr Reddy and his team believe I won’t need to use fibres any longer, once the new hair grows in. If that happens, it would be an absolute bonus for me. So, I guess I will have to wait and see. I will post results in the future. Unlike some people on here, I seem to be a bit of a slow grower, and my results after HT 2 took around 14-18 months to fully mature.

These pictures were taken straight after my procedure. It is morning after my procedure and I am in no pain whatsoever. Looking forward to the final outcome.

If you are considering a hair transplant, my advice would be to RESEARCH, RESEARCH, and RESEARCH. Once you think you have done enough research, do a little more and don’t rush into any

    Congratz :)

I hope you get a really good result

I would be very interested to see how your front hair looks when shaved Down like these pictures you just posted.

Could you show som pictures of the front Line of your head?

Would love to see how the density looks with This close a buzz

  7. Some of you may recall this guy's case. Wendy and I discuss the progress he's had with 2 cases, and he looks awesome. And yes..he has CVG and still grew!

    The video is :

    Dr. Lindsey

You are saying in the video that if someone does not clean proberbly after a HT Then that could cause some grafts to Fall out?

I thought that after 5-7 days the grafts was Secure.

So if by Day 7-10 you decide to wash more Harder and you had Got alot of crust because you almost didnt touch the reciepted area for the first 7 days, would that mean that the hairs that sheds along with the crust, wouldnt grow?

I have Got 2 HT and i was affraid to wash at the first 5-7 days so i only pour a cup of shampoo and Then water on the scalp.

And i have Got areas where i dont have good growth.

  8. Hi,

I spent a lot of time before choosing the new surgeon and spoke to the best ones in Europe they all told me from my pictures my donor area was good and when I got the final count in the live consultation they confirmed it.

The doctor I chose has only good reviews and is recommended on this website and many others.

The whole process felt right this time. The last time in hakans clinic i should have trusted my gut.

I'm hoping this will force there hand to give me all of my money back as I have to pay for corrections and they don't deserve a penny.

If you agree with me please email them and show support for me

    info@hakandoganayfue.com

    Thanks

What doctor are you going to now?

  9. Johnny, my brother, your hair looks very good man. I realize you've had two transplants, as I have, and I was in your same position analyzing every single day, checking the mirror, etc.... It does nothing good. Believe me! We as humans are the most critical of ourselves, however, when you become a little too obsessed about the results it is an unhealthy obsession. I am a very honest and blunt person, and would have no problem telling you that you didn't have a good result, but the reality is you have a great result.

A few things I'd suggest is to grow your hair out more! It would look much better, that's just pure fact. What's the point of having a hair transplant if you can't grow it and STYLE it nicely. Maybe you just like the buzzed look, which I can respect, but I think with a nice length and a fresh cut, you will be amazed at the difference.

I wish you the best brother, and again, I hate to see anyone in this world so down and depressed about something that they really shouldn't have reason for.

    Thank you buddy.

I actually like the buzz look and i Think it looks better on me than when my hair is longer.

And actually with a bit of amount of toppik/nanogen hairconsealer i Can make it look allright with a buzzed head except the hairline.

I Think i could make it look good if i get the gaps filled in.

I sometimes let it grow but after 2-3 weeks of growth i feel bad about it because i looks thin.

Maybe i just need to push it through the 2-4 week phase of growth.

    Its like This:

Freshly buzzed looks good with concealer except hairline

1week growth makes it look a little bit worse

2 -3 weeks growth exposes the thin spots even more

4 weeks makes the thinning spots a bit better but hairline looks crap

And Then i normally buzz :(

  10. Honestly mate it looks really good!! Any guy on this forum would kill for your hair!!!

I think just try and chill out now. It sounds like there's a lot of psychological issues going on here and I honestly don't think another procedure is needed or will make you happy.

It looks great and just try and focus on something else and consider counselling/medication.

You need to remember to compare where i started from.

I know Many people have more hairloss than me, but people Also has less hairloss than me and still get HT.

To determine if it is a great HT result, Then you guys need to compare before and after pictures. But i Will let my hair grow out for a couple of weeks so i Can have the same lenght as the Day before my HT with lorenzo, so that we Can make a proper judgement and compare before and after pictures

  11. Sebum is different than folliculitis, sebum is just oil secretions, maybe it could cause pimples, folliculitis is like razor burn with pimples. In your hairline do you notice bumps like scar tissue?

    Heres an example of cobblestoning

    RzLr8CO.jpg

Well see This picture im attaching

What do you Think? Does it looks like cobblestoning ?

And if it does, could it have an impact on growth?

If my picture looks like i have some scalp problems, like cobblestoning, is there Any help?

I Think its clearly to se on my picture that there are some gaps wich doesnt make it look so good when trying a buzz cut or when im combine my hair back or to the side.

So the only possibility i have is a comb forward wich looks bad IMO.

On the picture u posted, it looks like he still Got good growth even though he Got cobblestoning but the cobblestoning is noticebul because its buzzed down with a no guard on the lowest degree
