lol no worrys man.
i had fut , im not concerned about scar as dont really want to buzz my hair down
where are you from?
-
hows it going with you buzz? im 11 weeks and already see some good growth. id say it really gets going around the 16 week mark ?

i can vouch for dr saifi of am-med, i dont know anything about the other doc. if you check on here there is quite a few positive reviews about dr saifi. 1000 grafts with him i think will cost 2000 so near enough the same as this other clinic
do your research thoroughly
-
if you email him he can telephone you. he does not require deposit which is good just confirmation of ticket,
re dr feriduni i have no experience with him .
-
if we base on 3000 grafts and on strip method id say between 3500-4000 pounds
i had 1500 grafts done for 2400 pounds, the same at the likes of farjo here in uk would cost around 6-7000 pounds!!!

how extensive is your hair loss?

from what i have gathered larry shapiro seems to has a bad rep on here so dont know how much credence is in the argument
-
thanks your thoughts guys and michael james i tend to agree with you, i guess its a great team that brings the whole thing together. we prob tend to underestimate the work that the techs etc do and put all the praise and kudos upon the doc.
-
hi rlc ,i too found dr saifi to be very personable and have faith in his abilities. i am 10 weeks post op and already have some growth . compared to what other ht docs pay there is just no reason to hand over that amount of cash
-
hi Dr Charles, he is based in Wroclaw in Poland. i believe he trained and worked in America for many years.
-
hi rlc
are you happy with your transplant with dr saifi?? i too had one with him in january.
-
thankfully theres people like dr panine out there
-
lol oh it definitely happened ;.-)
-
i had the pleasure of the "fit blonde" one too lol
very insightful jotronic

Actaully had it done by dr shahmalak of crown clinic

15 days post op is a akward phase. as you say grafts are locked in and you are going to shed your grafts anyway. i would continue with minoxidil and take biotin and msm to give the newly transplanted hairs the best possible chance when they do break through.
at this stage just try and forget about your ht except for following your post op instructions.
happy growing

I have read on many different posts here that docs often leave the placing of grafts to the techs perhaps checking every fifteen minutes or so,
.
i guess my question is what is the most important part of the procedure? is it taking the grafts in the first place , or the splitting of grafts or indeed the placement?
seeing as you are paying thousands of dollars one would expect the doctor to perform all of the procedure from start to finish or at least 90%.
as i say iv read lots of post were the docs in question ( some top class coalition ) delegate parts of the procedure out to others
i feel lucky that my doc did all of my procedure from start to finish and only left for ten mins or so.
i would fell terribly let down if my doc seemed to be away more than he was present during the procedure considering the large amount of cash handed over
