What are your goals?
I would skip the transplant and maybe consider fin if your hair is that important to you. It looks like you have a little erosion at the hairline but you have very minor issues.
-
Man, that is a killer hairline pre op. Your top looks super solid it looks like you can afford the grafts.

I'll be the devils advocate. Their marketing is excellent and will make this a more acceptable topic for young men. Rogaine should fire their marketing team.
HIMS is fun and young and will help remove some of the stigma.
I would not use them because I am past needing them, BUT, 8 or 9 years ago they could have been a resource to start with before I learned the ropes.
I actually looked to see if there was a stock for them or an IPO coming. They will be a successful company IMO.

I think you need attention to your lateral humps. I also am not crazy about your hair style. Yield looks successful and it doesnt look bad, it just doesnt look like an elegant design.
-
Very honest. Shows some weakness in the combthroughh that looks great styled. For mo medical treatment and 1 procedure, I'd say this is excellent.

Looks like a birthmark. We call them stork bites. I would say that they are not related.

Stick and place is as I described.
There is plenty of research on time out of body and graft survival. There isnt a ton of research on what you posted. The fact is that top docs are getting 95 percent or greater yield, so I do not think you will see markedly better yield.
The biggest challenge to transplantation these days is your limited donor. Everything else seems like they have it figured out.

Im not following the comparison. Stick and place does not refer to how long the grafts is out of body, but how long the incision is open before a graft is placed. If basically means there isn't a bunch of pre-made recipient cites being made, but each site is carefully made and then filled.

Were you completely bald in the transplant area? How are you sure its transplanted hair that fell? Did you change medication vendor? Any flu or high fever?
I understand not wanting to post pics, but without them your perception is always a factor that can't be ruled out as a factor. Im not saying it is, I'm just saying there isn't much anyone can say.

I would say denial is one is the most common, but denial only brings inaction.
The steepest price to pay of the big mistakes that I see happen like a train wreck in slow motion is when people take action based on emotional and financial expediency.
I see a couple a year that come on this forum, ask for an opinion, and are 100 percent deaf to those that are given. They will use a clinic that no one has heard of, get a hair line that experienced posters advise against, and use their inexperience against themselves in almost every way imaginable, and then spend the rest if their lives trying to repair it, dissatisfied, and worse off than had they been in denial and stayed in denial.

Weird how sub par rahal results get quiet real quick 🤔
This isn't a sub par result becuase no result has been shown or reported. 4 months and 3 weeks was his last update and that is hardly an outcome.
Im not defending the clinic, but to call this particular result subpar really isnt fair IMO.

Dude sounds legit.

Interesting. This is the first time I have seen a clinic refuse treatment if preventative measures aren't taken as a policy.

This is probably the second worst "smp" I've ever seen.
You could have gotten a scar revision, or he could have stayed in the scar tissue, or a ton of other things. This is terrible.

I dont think it looks atrocious for a guy in his mid 70s. Schumer's hair is pretty bad, Biden has had some good repair work.
It is interesting that as time goes by, you wont know who has really had work done for sure or not, if it is done right.
Pretty good video for the first one I've seen of yours. My only complaint is that music.

Nice. What did di for your 2nd procedure?
-
Did you have beard grafts as part of your fue?
-
Man....that's looking super solid.

I think the pics are really bad, but with meds, I MAY would consider you an FUE candidate in a very conservative case.
You are likely headed to a nw6 with the pattern I can see.
IMO, the best advice you will get would be to get on finasteride and minox and check back in a couple years.

Straight up homerun. Good job.

Spanker, I'm happy for you and your hair looks great, but I think you give finisteride way too much credit for "saving" you. You were a very easy hair transplant case. You have thick hair, no loss in the crown even at age 40, and your temple peak areas are further forward and thicker than many men ever have even before they start losing their hair. Believe me, if finisteride was able to keep us all from losing any hair none of us would be bald. Sure it works to some extent, but I'm willing to bet that even if you never took it you still would have some decent hair.
Also... why would you want a higher hairline? You only did 2200 grafts, so you couldn't have moved it too far forward in the first place. It looks great where it is. I think possibly either any higher or lower would not look as good. Those thick temple peak areas is what makes the whole thing look better than it would if you didn't them
Thanks man. I think that I give Fin a lot of credit because my family tends to be more bald. I do have some miniaturization throughout but it hasn't really changed since I started fin a decade ago. Also, it is rare for me to see someone get a transplant like mine and not be on fin for 6.5 years and see have a result as solid as mine.
I think fear of the future, aging, and just being more conservative makes me make the comment about being more conservative on the hairline.
An old saying goes, "If You Are Not a Liberal at 25, You Have No Heart. If You Are Not a Conservative at 35, You Have No Brain."

Might want to consider Rahal $6 a graph $4.25 a graph for anything over 2500 graphs plus all future graphs at the $4.25 a graph prices
Plus what makes this even sweeter is that this all in Canadian dollars so if your in US $6 Canadian = $4.52 USD not a bad deal like half of what Konior gets
My understanding is that Rahal pricing is USD for Americans. Someone who has had surgery with him have to confirm.
Should I buzz my hair 7 months post op fue asmed
