It's a natural result that would probably be more impressive if the hair wasn't clipped together in the pre op pics. With it pulled to the center you cant really appreciate the change of 4200 grafts.
-
Yes. Probably less chance of scarring. Cooley is solid. Some clinics will also later them. What happens is that the hair can come back finer. There are options, especially if it is just high caliber 1 hair grafts.
-
Would have been great to separate the treatments so their effects were isolated, but either way, for a result that is not a transplant, this is one of the biggest changes I've seen.

It depends.
I think that it works best on hair that miniaturized through instead of recession.
It is just a tool to fight hairloss and it should not replace finasteride.

Don't get caught up in lists they are subjective. It really boils down to hairline design, that is the biggest difference between surgeons. Again this does not mean that one surgeon is better than the other, it depends on personal preference and taste.
I disagree. Hairline design is one difference but surgeons change their designs based on age, loss, and so on. I think artistry is way up there as a difference, stick and place with custom sized incisions, separating 1s and fine 1s,l ow turn over and long term staff, and other protocol. I do not think it is a coincidence that the top 5 and 10 lists are so consistent.

It's kind of unfair to have we pics compared to a 4 year old result.
What I will say is that when hair thins behind a frontal transplant, the whole thing looks thinner. Overall, if you combed your hair and dry, I think it could look a lot better.
Good luck.

Looks good. I'd stay out of the crown tho.

I agree with most of what is said above.
IMO, the hairline is too straight, the corners are blunted, and the result is underwhelming. The patient appears to have fine hair, and 2200 grafts for the front is not a lot, but it also appears that the yield still is not great.

Wow. Quite different for sure.

R/tressless is a hairloss subreddit, but not neccessary dedicated to hair transplants.

My initial thought is that was a pretty ambitious hairline and that a dense result would require a LOT of grafts. A lower and wider hairline looks more natural more dense imo. There is still a lot if time left so let's see where it goes.

Eh... if a hair only gets to 1 inch before it sheds without being cut, it's pretty much visually insignificant. No...if wont go from 1 in to .9, .8 etc. It can go faster than that. If it was that slow ...and your growth phase dropped to even 6 months, it would take 50 years to go bald.

This looks like malpractice to me. Wow.

No.... the answer is no.
Also, in general, when reading a headline in the news that is posed as a question, the answer is almost always no...because if it weren't, it would made as a statement.

Hair pieces are an option if you do not destroy your donor as well.

I'll also say, I prefer trump with hair. My head doesnt look near as good as your example.

Yeh and that’s fine I agree with you. But my hairline starts way higher than his does or did. Look where his fringe is, that’s my only caveat to all of this my natural hairline is so high that basically you go up and inch or 2 and you’re already at the top of my head, that’s why I’m thinking there’s a chance
Bald, trump looks a lot like Dennis Hopper.

I don't know how old he is, but the hairline looks good to me
Good for him. He seems a little immature but it looks like he did his research.

Few things:
First, it was great to see a Dr. Konior patient highlighted as a "Good."
I also think at 1:39, the guy's hair is not too low (its higher than yours), it is just terrible artistry, shape, and probably plenty of doubles.
The music was much more tolerable to my aging ears in this video and I think they really made the right decision to select you as a Co-Moderator. The quality of your contributions are an asset to the site.

Yeah, for most coverage in a session and crown work I would say H and W is a great choice.

I would see a doc and see what they think. Where are you located? I would not be happy with that either.
