    Come on guys your telling me no one plays golf here. I was taking a few swings and didnt feel much strain the the donor area so I think gold could be played a bit sooner than the 5 week normal activity mark people are talking about.

    just had one april 14th. I can only imagine..I am on the site constantly. were you able to keep any graphs or did they all shed?

    I was thinking..wishfully that if I had 2000 graphs(4000ish hairs)in my hairline and temple area and 15% were to survive and grow...that in a month after 85% have shed I would still have 300 graphs or 600 hairs in my frontal hairline? That would be a nice improvement short term before the big improvement 5 months later? does this make sense?

    I was told to sleep with your head elevated for the first few nights to control swelling. I try to sleep so my graphs dont hit the pillow.

    I would like to know what percentage of the new transplanted hair doesn't shed? I have heard 15%. Is that 15% of the hairs or 15% of the graphs?

    I read on a thread that a guy smoked like a chimney and still had good growth. I dont smoke but I do drink so I would like to get as much oxygen to my head as possible. Not going to drink for a month I have decided.

    I posted on a thread below that I was concerned that I bled alot during my procedure and I am hoping that the blood did not push my follicles out? Am I just worrying to much? The graphs are clearly there but it just seams to me that a incision with alot of blood could cause a graph to slip out easier or not go deep enough?

    I just had some temple work done and was wondering the same thing.

    No bleeding afterwards just during the procedure. It just seams that putting a graph into a slit that is bloody might result in the graph slipping out. If the slit had no blood or minimal blood it seams it would hold the graph more firmly in place? I dont know but couldn't help but think of that.

I know it takes the surgeon longer and the graphs are out of the body longer which arnt good. Anybody have any thoughts?

    had a procedure done with Dr. Arocha on April 14 had 3863 graphs 8666 total hairs

    Does anyone have and pre op tip? I tried to search for them but didn't find much? Is the sole purpose to have thicker blood to minimise the bleeding and supply the graphs with more oxygen? Thanks for your help!

    got cliff notes for that? No good stuff man really. I dont think its as effective as Propecia or minox. But I do think drawing blood to the follicles via Lasers/sun whatever has got to be good for the hair. I dont have one but have thought about getting one on ebay from some disappointed owner that hates it.

    thanks for all the advice. After reading some articles I think I will shave it to about an inch. Should make it easy for the surgeon because you dont have to "comb" it out of the way and the doc can see the angles.
