    Hi Doctor Umar! Great work. I asked a question on the other site about the difference in your technique from the Dr. you went to see outside the US (whose name can't be mentioned here). I got no response. Can you please spell out the advantage of your technique over the other doctor's technique. He is cheaper and I am contemplating visiting him, but not decided yet.

    My facial and body hair excess bugs me almost as much as my scalp hair thinning. I am going to most likely move my robust beard hair to the scalp in future. Man I wish I had your problem!

    Dr. Feller, a HT is NOT a cure by any means. Most people's donor hair thins with age, and some, like my grandfather, lose all their donor hair by the age of 65. Moreover, the place where you move the HT donor hair to will thin even if you take Propecia (which, by the way, you were against at one time), so at best, a HT will give most NW5's 10 years of being a NW3, or give most NW3's 10 years of being a NW1 or something to that effect. Please don't make overzealous overconfident statements all the time as there aren't many women to try to impress here.

    Considering that Carell has so much body hair, I would think he was balding.

    Well but based on proportions, even if I lose 10lbs of weight, my body fat percentage will probably just go from 24% to 20%. Whats the easiest way to make sure that the 10lbs I lose is mostly fat rather than fat and muscle?

    My body fat percentage is 24% even at this fairly low weight.

    I am 180lbs and 5'11, but my face is always fat and round and made worse by short hair. My father's face is not fat, but he probably weighs 160lbs and is 5'10. I think the roundness is worse because I am on Propecia and was terrible when I was on Avodart. Is there any way I can get the face to become smaller without losing weight? Liposuction under local anaesthesia possible?

    I already had Feller on there. Too bad none of these docs have before and afters. Is there any place on Dr. Cooley's site where he mentions his HT? FYI -- Ron Shapiro did Dr. Wolf's HT.
