Regular Member Peaceful_Lion Posted May 30, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted May 30, 2008 I suggest Nioxin,I've been using it for the last 4 years.it's kinda expensive but it's worth, there is a clear difference between Nioxin (for thinning hair) and other shampoo brands. 25ballerboy
I've been using the over-the-counter Nizoral and it works. Give it a try.
Senior Member hairbank Posted May 30, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted May 30, 2008 Nizoral is an anti-fungal shampoo and may dry your scalp out if used more than a few times a week. It think it says to use it every other day but just check the directions on the bottle. If you're looking for a quality shampoo/conditioner I'd go with Nioxin as recommended. I have used it before and liked it, and, it really is great for keeping the scalp and hair healthy to promote optimal hair growth conditions. Senior Member HK500 Posted May 30, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted May 30, 2008 I have been using Revita for almost a year and I like it a lot. To thicken the hair after Shampooing I use a leave in conditioning cream made by Garnier: Fructis Sleek & Shine My Hair Loss Website - Hair Transplant with Dr. Siporin
Senior Member HairDew Posted May 30, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted May 30, 2008 I've used Nioxin for a year.....While it makes your hair fluffier it doesn't really do anything else. None of the shampoos are actually going to promote hair growth.
