  1. I am still Here,I am just extremely busy with school,I am 8 months post op,had 1700 on my hairline with Dr.Rahal in March 2008,I am pretty happy except that my right temple is kinda see through I am hoping that it will get a bit thicker in the upcoming months
  2. welcome to HTN Bugs as "thanatopsis" said,Location should be your least consideration if you are looking to get a decent HT.I went to Canada for mine ! Also, though hairline requires a more artistic surgeon, the nature of the HT is still the same regardless where you need hair: Hair removal from back to the where it is needed So don't think that since you don't need a hairline job, anybody can give you a good HT ! finally, my logic is this: if you are willing to pay lets say 6-8 K to get it done, then a 300 to 400$ for a ticket and hotel shouldn't be a big factor for you on you decision.
  3. Dude get yourself together and make sure you don't let depression destroy you. Just shave it bald and keep it that way for some time till you become 1 or 2 yeras older to get a HT.I personally would suggest that you wait more but I know people that have done it in early 20's.I did it when I was 24 (4 months ago). meanwhile don't stay home behind the computer,go out and do the normal activities such as school and sports.you are not alone ! there are so many people at your age going bald ! including myself (when I was 19) HT can be done even without you being on propecia, just wait a little bit and don't waste waste your youth by sitting home and getting depressed.
  4. I am 4 moths post-op and not even myself can detect "exactly" where my scar is and I mean that without any exaggeration.
  5. you need to have reasonable expectation and understanding of HT and that requires doing research for some time. The chance of things going wrong with your HT will be very small if you chose the right doctor. so Again,if you chose the right doctor,HT shouldn't affect you in any negative way at all !
  6. dude, you look so different from your pre-ops looks amazing, very natural, can you get a hairline shot? congrats
  7. it's a huge improvement,congratulations
  8. MAKE SURE YOU ASKED THEM FIRST HOW MUCH IT IS GOING TO COST!!!! this may sound unbelievable but they charged me 56 in the hospital and then sent me a bill for 468 $ which I did not pay.I am going there tomorrow to ask them what the hell is going on,I hope that it's a mistake!
  9. hopefully you do your research and find the right person and say goodbye to hairloss once and for all
  10. I am very glad to hear that you are happy with the final result,it really looks amazing,I hope my result will be close to yours
  11. "Nioxin for thin hair" is the best product out there,it's a bit expensive though but its difference is clear
  12. stay awwwaaaaaaaaaaayyyy from Bosley!!! 1) your final result will never be as good as what you could achieve with some of these great doctor recommended here 2) you will be ripped off
  13. I really think it is,I remember when I was worried about little red dots on my planted area,Bill told me that it is a sign of growth and damn he was right,I can definitely see growth so maybe I am just entering the next phase
