Regular Member mphoenixaz Posted December 3, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted December 3, 2007 I just saw the commercial and was wondering if anyone has tried this. I was wondering if it would help my hair transplant grow faster. Thanks. My hair loss weblog - Hair Transplant with Dr. Alexander

It was very strong/harsh/not sure of the right word on my scalp. I wouldn't even consider using it with hair transplants.
Bill - Seemiller
Scalpmed's active ingredient is Minoxodil. Minoxodil has been proven to work to regrow hair for some. Scalpmed is a lot more expensive however and contains other ingredients. The other ingredients do not do anything to combat hair loss or regrow hair. Of course, if minoxodil doesn't work for you, Scalp Med won't either. In my opinion, use Rogaine or generic minoxodil for the same benefit and for less money.
