Senior Member Speegs Posted January 11, 2010 Author Senior Member Share Posted January 11, 2010 Well that would be nice, i meant if FUE and fallen down to 5 dollars a graft with a reputable doctor or FUT to 3 dollars a graft. Things that would make the procedure more accessible for both patient and doctor in this economic downturn. Hair loss patient and transplant veteran. Once a Norwood 3A. Speegs, a reputed doctor (Shapiro) already offers FUE for $5 per graft, and I believe he has been doing so for a while. There are also a few coalition doctors who offer $3 per graft for FUT. Do a search on the doctors to see which ones do.

Raphael84
Nice one Phil, Unfortunate as it is. Hair transplantation is obviously seen as a LUXURY. Can you believe it, a LUXURY to live 10 years with an undescribable amount of insecurity, low confidence and self esteem. But a life choice non the less. Not a necessity or life or death situation. The waiting list for each and every Dr may not be as long right now as it was 18 months ago, but for the serious hair transplant candidate, crisis will not alter the path of eventual surgery.
