Regular Member 16inchscar Posted November 3, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted November 3, 2009 i made another call to bosley atlanta and talked to the salesman (matt longshore). i told him how unhappy i am with the results and what id like to have done to fix my hairline. he told me that its permanent and nothing could be done and that he had never had a complaint before.. i asked to speak to the dr. and so he put the dr on. (dr. lorenz).. he basicly told me the same thing that he was sorry but nothing could be done and he also said he had never had a complaint in all his yrs of doing transplants.i dont believe that.. if anyone has ever had a transplant from bosley in atlanta or if you know anyone that has please comment to this and maybe we can chat about what you were told and we can see how many complaints they have really had.. Senior Member aaron1234 Posted November 3, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted November 3, 2009 Sucks to hear man. But I wouldn't get anything fixed by Bosley even if they offered it for free. Senior Member hairthere Posted November 3, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted November 3, 2009 just go to the BBB website, I"m sure there are a ton of complaints. honestly, there's nothing you can do. HTs come with no guarantee, no matter who the clinic is. unfortunately you went with a clinic that is outdated, overpriced, and just an overall gamble. take my advice: move on and get it fixed with a reputable doc, i.e., feller, h&w, shapiro, rahal, alexander, etc. good luck I am the owner/operator of AHEAD INK a Scalp Micropigmentation Company in Fort Lee, New Jersey. www.aheadink.com
