Dr. Thomas Nakatsui
This is a very happy patient who I believe was 10 months post op. He had blond-brown hair and wanted to fill in the frontal area. Our goal was not to fill this as densely as possible but to create a completely natural looking result that blended with the rest of his hair. Interestingly, much of the blond hair is so blond it is hard to see in these photos and made it more difficult to give him the appearance of any density. He recently had the vertex done to fill in that area. He received 504 single grafts, 1037 double grafts, and 402 big grafts, for a total count of 1943 grafts. Senior Member thanatopsis_awry Posted August 1, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted August 1, 2009 Hmmm...he looks a lot better to me, for sure, and the quality of pics is as usual first-rate. Could you post some examples of your higher density work in the future? I always think your results look nice, natural, and nicely documented, but they never seem to be high-density cases, of the type I'm sure you're able to perform. ----------- *A Follicles Dying Wish To Clinics* 1 top-down, 1 portrait, 1 side-shot, 1 hairline....4 photos. No flash. Follicles have asked for centuries, in ten languages, as many times so as to confuse a mathematician. Enough is enough! Give me documentation or give me death! Bill - Seemiller
Dr. Nakatsui, As usual, your work is first-rate. I do hope you'll post some result photos of this patient from a top down angle so we can see the overall coverage of the transplant. Best wishes, Bill
