Kulakarn Posted May 15 Share Posted May 15 Patient’s information - 59 YO Asian male with AGA Class 6. He was looking for a hair transplantation without shaving the donor area. We planned to do the non-shaven FUE technique for him. Concerning some medical condition, we split to 2 separate days of surgery. - Underlying medical history: Hypertension with good control. We performed non-shave FUE procedure. Using the MAMBA device and graft insertion was done with implanters. The number of grafts breaks down into 1. The frontal hairline 2. The vertex and crown area Day 1 : The frontal hairline 1 hair graft x 268 2 hair graft x 813 3 hair graft x 143 Total = 1,224 FUG Ratio of hair per graft = 1.89 Day 2 : The vertex and crown area 1 hair graft x 454 2 hair graft x 1,115 3 hair graft x 438 Total = 2,007 FUG Ratio of hair per graft = 2.0 Grand total 1,224+2,007 = 3,231 The photos show 1 year after hair transplantation.The patient does not take hair loss medication. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
