No much hair after removed scalp

Hello I did hair transplant before 10 days they did me 4.5K but after I removed the scalps today

i see a lot of empty spots what do you think it’s normal ?

It looks normal. Most of the transplanted hair sheds on just about everyone. Some people don't start shedding until 2 or 3 weeks after the transplant, but some, like yourself, start shedding at just after a week. You should be fine. I was an early shedder too.

Shedding can happen before I remove my scabs? Because I see this just after I remove them at the first wash
