Eugenix Hair Sciences
PATIENT'S DETAILS: 51 years old Norwood 7 grade of baldness - losing his hair with a hair loss history. Medium caliber hair Strong follicular units RECOMMENDED TREATMENT: In this gentleman's case, we initially decided to adopt a one-step approach to treat his baldness, classifiable as grade 7 in the Norwood scale. Partial coverage in the vertex area was given. The surgery took place in May 2023, when we implanted 6,309 grafts by using DHT to restore the patient's Hairline. SURGERIES DETAILS: Needles and a CTS blade were utilized to create slits, while grafts were scored using a motorized punch. The extracted grafts were then loaded into SAVA implanters, which are blunt needle implanters. These loaded implanters were subsequently used to place the grafts into pre-made sites simultaneously at our hair transplant clinic. The Direct Hair Transplant is a modified version of FUE Hair Transplant. It provides you with healthy and natural looking hair. This technique does not involve the use of scalpels and the best part of this technique is that it is pain free. After the completion of this procedure the new hair continues to grow naturally. The main objective of this procedure is to elevate the survival and growth of the hair follicles by reducing their handling and the time for which they stay out of the skin. No. of Grafts: 6,309 Technique: DHT (Direct Hair Transplant) Donor area: Scalp RESULTS: Natural-looking hairline after 10 Months Donor aesthetics maintained. 100% Natural hairline BEFORE & AFTER RESULTS: Warmest Regards, Eugenix Hair Sciences Email: info@eugenix.in Telephone: +91 8826471111 WhatsApp: +91 8826471111 Website: https://eugenixhairsciences.com Book an Appointment: Book an Appointment for Hair Transplant in India - Eugenix 1
Regular Member Oxiborick Posted March 23 Regular Member Share Posted March 23 This is great but how does this meet the criteria for Norwood 7? Seems like too much hair for that and this is a 6. I was under the impression that 7 is like a Captain Picard chrome dome? (I suppose I could be wrong.)

Lateral humps have dipped and therefore the balding scalp is quit wide. Whether you call it a strict NW7 or something between a 6 & 7 doesn't really matter at the end of the day. Valued Contributor Gatsby Posted March 23 Valued Contributor Share Posted March 23 To get this kind of Norwood 7 coverage with only 6,309 grafts is incredible by todays standards. 👌 My last procedure was 1,200 grafts and it felt more like having a haircut. 😂 GATSBY 'UNPLUGGED!' 15,671 (3 surgeries) Grafts FUE+BHT Dr. Sethi Eugenix

(I suppose I could be wrong.) there should be a new criteria for those super advanced stages of baldness. we get more and more into territory where you can get quiet good coverage for these typical norwood 6/7 end norwood stage that many men reach (zarev, eugenix, pittella) but those super advanced stages like captain picard its still really difficult even with bodyhair hence i like the system of pittella that goes up to norwood 9/10 and also takes headsize and shape into account super impressive result from eugenix again, by the way Edited March 28 by mr_peanutbutter
