It is true that in the second picture the hair is longer, but still there is a definite improvement that is clearly not just the result of longer hair. The purpose is to make tiny pores / punctures so that topical serum can be penetrated easily. Serum contains Redensyl and Saw Palmetto and some other ingredients.
