Brush transplanted area

As long as you don't try pulling/plucking them I think you should be fine. Do you have native hair surrounding the grafts? If you do then it makes sense that you need to brush them along with your native hair, but if you don't have any other hair in the area then I'd just try to leave them alone as much as possible.

Personally, I would leave it another week or two; surely, the hair still has to be very short, so I don't know what purpose brushing them would serve at this early stage. In terms of risk versus reward, why take the risk of irritating your scalp when it is still in the middle of healing?
