If you can grow your hair longer, that might not be visible any more.
Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted January 17 Administrators Share Posted January 17 The grafts werenโt spread out. If you harvest in a square, a square will be visible. teddybear8
They said it's "normal". ย Here's a picture of the donor area the day after the procedure. I thought It should be fine since it's just 1000 grafts and the area was big enough...
Regular Member baddecisions Posted January 17 Regular Member Share Posted January 17 (edited) This is sadly a poor planing and definitely not normal outcome. Using a really small area to harvest from causes this. At least, do you have good results on the recipient area? Regular Member Ccd99 Posted January 18 Regular Member Share Posted January 18 (edited) Only thing you can really do now is either (1) re-implant some hairs back to the area in question in a homogenous pattern, or (2) SMP. I think SMP would work well to mask the overharvesting in your case if you keep the fade at that length you have in the pictures as minimum since your surrounding hair is long enough for it to not look unnatural. Valued Contributor Gatsby Posted January 18 Valued Contributor Share Posted January 18 @teddybear8 if you are keeping your hair at the length in your pics then I would opt for a good SMP artist before anything else. Leave donor farming as a last resort. All the best! GATSBY 'UNPLUGGED!' 15,671 (3 surgeries) Grafts FUE+BHT Dr. Sethi Eugenix
