Any place where the doctor does all steps of the surgery him/herself? Not just in his 'supervision'. Anesthesia, extraction, incision, implantation. Bicer does planning, design, extraction and incisions...While implantation by techs Gur and Demirsoy in their vip package do planning,design, extraction and incisions. BTW in most clinics of the world doctors do not do the hair traplant alone but they use techs for some parts of the procedure.
