Second one to come on the crown. Would have to see the front properly though...

Moderators Al - Moderator Posted November 27, 2023 Moderators Share Posted November 27, 2023 His hair line is pretty high, so it could be normal. My own hair loss started in the crown. Before it got really bad I looked like I had a full, thick head of hair from the front, but I had a bald crown. It didn't dip as much as his at that time though, but that could be because I was still young and it didn't have time to dip down that far yet. This is when I was still in my teens. Regular Member BackFromTheBrink Posted November 27, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted November 27, 2023 His does also look fairly thin in the donor area on the sides above his ears, and the transition is fairly abrupt on his vertex. I could be wrong, but his doesn’t look particularly natural imho.
Senior Member GoliGoliGoli Posted November 27, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted November 27, 2023 He has very advanced retrograde alopecia which I don't think you usually see in someone who had a hairline like his. Not that his hairline is perfect, but NW2/NW3 don't usually have retrograde loss that far up the ear.
