Senior Member hairthere Posted September 15, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted September 15, 2023 (edited) These clients all had hair transplants that left them with poor density. We used SMP to create more aesthetic hairlines and to fill in the thinned areas. Regular Member Turkhair Posted September 15, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted September 15, 2023 These looks really good but I am not a fan of shaved look. It’s too rough/old looking
Regular Member Bamboo Posted September 22, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted September 22, 2023 (edited) Are there any examples of HT patients with longer growth who used SMP to create a better illusion of density? Regular Member Rex99 Posted October 7, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted October 7, 2023 I'm interested in the above question as well, particularly for the crown. It seems that SMP is really only for the shaved look.

Very hard to find examples it seems but I’m definitely looking into into it for my case. I won’t be shaving all my hair down to no length but I do want to be able to sport fades without the dreaded horseshoe pattern being so visible. So my plan is to get SMP in the crown and top recipient areas to help balance out the illusion of density. Instagram: ethanlculver Eugenix (Drs.
