Your Recommend for Scalp inflamation

Hello,

i am writing from turkey.İ dont have any solution to my problem in my country. İ tried so many things to solve my problems but they didnt work.So my problem scalp itching and hair root pain on vertex.

i think that i am nw 2.5 vertex.i am using topical finasteride and saw palmetto.

i tried so many things to solve my scalp pain . İ think that my main problem scalp inflamation on my hair loss.

do you have any recommend for my case?

i tried msm,omega oil 3-6-9,oral castor oil.

if i wrote to this topic on wrong place i am sorry .İ tried to do .

I am no expert or doctor so i would like to tag some doctors/experts who can shed some light to this

Thank you for your comment. İf you need more information abouth my hair loss pattern and my situation.

İ have hair loss vertex and temple,frontal but my main problem on my vertex.

i have no dermatit .İ am using keto shampoo 2 times a week. My scalp be oily in short time.

From what you are stating it seems like the next logical step would be to have a dermatologist do a trichoscopic exam of your scalp +/- a biopsy. Once the problem is diagnosed (if there is any), then they can recommend a solution.

If you tell me some big cities close to you, I can ask around to see if there are any recommended Dermatologists that deal with hair disorders near you; if you want.

Thank you for your interested! Actually i am dentist in antalya so i know a trichologyst who very populary and one of the best trichologyst in antalya.when i went to near him, he said me you have androgenic alopecia and you will loss your hair in next times. When i asked him to  my pain on vertex, he told me that probably cause of dht.

i am trying solve  inflamation problem.So i am searching solution for my scalp inflamation problem.
