This year, instead of focusing on a bottom five, I figure I'd ask who -- in addition to your favorites -- you see as most overrated here, most underrated (slept on HRN - and perhaps deserves to be a member), and who provides best value for $$. Every surgeon, patient, and situation is different, and every procedure comes with a unique set of circumstances and challenges. The most highly-skilled surgeons will make mistakes, just like some "hair mills" have produced excellent results, all the while what we see on this forum is a tiny, tiny fraction of all cases. I'm not suggesting we pretend that all surgeons are equally capable, but perhaps it'd be better if we refrained from putting any of them on pedestals (or the opposite) and simply continued to share our first-hand experiences and help keep the official recommended surgeons list up-to-date. 1 Please direct medical questions to medical professionals. His work is average or decent. Most Overrated 1) Hasson & Wong (I hate pretty much all their work, and their temples are hideous. Plus they always seem to use a sh*t-tonne of grafts). Could never bring myself to pay them the amount they charge. I don't really get why people like them so much when there are doctors at the same price point who are better and won't decimate your donor. Most Underrated 1) Pinto (deserves Couto status) Best Value 1) Laorwong, Nader and Pekiner. Dr Ahmad(I think he is the future of the HT world) 2. Feriduni(super natural results) 3. Pekiner(love his hairlines) 4. Pittella(great for high norwoods and great job showcasing results) 5. Shapiro(the most ethical doctor in the world) Worst 1. any of the well known mills in turkey Underrated 1. Thiago Bianco Leal/Lars Heitmann/Heinicke- all seem to have flawless results but you don’t see many patient results online! Best Value 1. Zarev - for NW6+ patients Pinto Ferreira Konior Couto Worst is Dr Diep, the FUT scars are terrible and the placements are awful Most overrated is a toss up between; Mwamba - I believe he does good work, but there are some concerns that I have noticed. HLC - When HLC are good they are great especially for how much they charge, but when they are bad I have seen some overharvesting and unethical treatment of patients. Eugenix - The inconsistency is something that puts me off Eugenix. Most underrated is between; Laorwong Fuegenix Nader Best Value is hard to say, but from the prices I’ve heard/seen it probably goes to Nader 1 12+ Months Finasteride + Minoxidil 3872 FUE w/ Dr Hasson | November 2022 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You think it's not possible so the results are fake? I assume you saw the video where he presented at a conference hosted by Dr C*** and had one such patient come up to the stage so people could see the result?
