How long after FUE can you start working out?

Depends on the exercise and intensity. For high intensity and weightlifting, it's about 2 weeks. You want the scabs to fall off.

For low to moderate cardio, I think I started back after a few days. Like powerwalking, stretching, weightless exercises.

But follow your doctors instructions.

I did a little lifting after 2 weeks but didn't push hard and honestly it felt a little weird so I stopped.  I'm now 6 weeks post surgery and feel fine going heavy, listen to your body and your surgeon.

My clinic recommended that I not practice strength sports for at least a month after the surgery. I returned to work a few days after. But sports like swimming or tenis after 4 weeks
