can dermarolling damage scalp tissue?

is it possible that dermarolling could make it so you’re not able to get a transplant in the future? 

if so, under what circumstances would this happen?

Many use 0.25mm derma rollers which are fairly shallow. Some use larger ones. I've seen many use them quite aggressively following hair transplants often through the recipient area which has always worried me. Best to avoid that !

id plan on using 1mm-1.5mm is this okay? i wouldn’t do it after a transplant though.

I use 0.75 2x per week, have done for probably a year, no issues

I am no means a medical expert, though wouldn't use larger than 0.25mm - 0.50mm personally.
