Post Hair Transplant irritation

Hello All,

I got my hair transplant last Wednesday. My doctor said that I should start washing twice a day starting today and to apply aloe Vera on the donor area.

So I did that but put Aloe Vera on the recipient area. So I ended putting a little of the shampoo and did another wash.

my recipient area in the crown now is pretty red and irritated. I feel a burn.

any chance that my graphs could be damaged with three washes? The aloe Vera was minimal but still decided to wash it off in case.

plan to see how things look in the morning and send pics to my doc.

thanks for any feedback

Why would you put aloe vera on the recipient? Are you sure they didn’t mean the donor? Also, washing twice a day seems excessive at 5 days. I didn’t even wash until a week.

It was by mistake was putting it in the donor and went up to the crown. That’s why I washed it out.
