What's the best for maintenance?

Currently taking dut 0.5mg and oral min 2.5mg. Is there anything else I can add to give me the absolute best chance of maintaining please? Maybe topical fin or something. Thankyou

You’re on a pretty strong regimen as is. If 2.5mg min isn’t enough, perhaps try 5. Otherwise, Nizoral a couple times a week wouldn’t hurt.

I just checked Nizoral is for " is used to treat skin infections such as athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm, and certain kinds of dandruff. This medication is also used to treat a skin condition known as pityriasis (tinea versicolor), a fungal infection that causes a lightening or darkening of the skin of the neck, chest, arms, or legs." 

Why should someone use that? Not questioning you, just trying to educate myself. Thanks!

Nizoral 2% is not marketed as an anti-hairloss product but it has been observed both anecdotally and in studies (Google Ketoconazole 2% effect on treating hair loss) that it adds a small benefit when combined with Saw Palmetto or Finasteride, similar to how Minoxidil would behave. It's not a miracle growth thing, nor will it prevent your hair loss, but it's cheap, side-effect free and provides a small boost in the fight. A staple in the shower stalls of all hair loss sufferers.
