Question about Hasson&Wong

Hello, i have seen a picture in another thread listing the prices of various doctors, and H&W are both quoted at 3-2$ per FUT graft. However in their official site the price listed is of 6-4$.

So it seems like the site is taking into consideration a transplant performed by both doctors at the same time. I wonder if it would be possible to pick a single doctor and only pay half the amount?

If it’s the same chart I have seen, it’s well and truly out of date. The pricing for H&W is on a sliding scale depending on FUT/FUE and how many grafts, it decreases once you go over 2k. Both of the Drs charge the same amount.

Sorry, for hijacking the threat, but I heard the rumour that for unshaven (recipient) transplants H&W is outsourcing the slits to their techs. Is this common, cause I think that typically top clinics having incisions made by the surgeon and "only" outsource extraction and/or implanting.

Thank you for the answer. Did you have unshaven surgery at H&W? I only heard the rumour for this particular case.

My op is tomorrow haha. It’s an FUT so I’ll do what they recommend

Wow, OK, good luck and please do not forget: The hard times are the waiting times after surgery not the surgery itself.

Ohhh exciting times! Best of luck tomorrow. I remember the anticipation/excitement/nerves the day before the procedure, so it's always fun re-experiencing that when someone is about to dive in. Looking forward to your progress. (And yes, as Gasthoerer said - remember that the hardest part is the several months post-op when you're waiting on the results to begin... So stay patient!)
