Senior Member general-etwan Posted September 19, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted September 19, 2022 (edited) Hope you’re excited about it so far. I had my procedure Thursday-Saturday. It was only planned for 2 days but Dr. Das, after first revising donor math down, was able to revise it back up and didn’t want to rush to finish the 2nd day. I was also taking a lot of trauma to the head. I did have a lot of pain; for whatever reason my skin was very sensitive and the local anesthetic kept wearing off very fast and they had to keep pumping more in me until my head and face blew up. lol. The extraction was pretty much entirely painless but I was feeling a lot of pain with the implantation. Team was fantastic though, like I told someone already the Eugenix team treated me with more love than anyone else has in my entire life. Glad to hear you experienced the same. The best thing is they're not in a rush to wrap things up. Best of luck, keep us updated.

Great, just some pricks of anesthesia in my case, rest is painless by far. I am excited about today, already 2.37am in the morning and I just woke up.

Regular Member Karan Chawla Posted September 20, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted September 20, 2022 KARAN CHAWLA NW 3A CORRECTIVE SURGERY 1231 GRAFTS 319 EXTRACTION FROM HAIRLINE DURATION OF BALDNESS- 7YEARS I work on the above mantra. ‘I refuse to lose,’ no matter how hard the time is. Even after having a failed hair transplant surgery and a bad hairline, I didn’t lose hope to discover a better version of myself. For a good 4-5 years, I did my research on hair restoration through international forums, YouTube, social media, and whatnot. I reviewed and consulted doctors in the USA, Spain, India, etc. Then I stumbled across Eugenix. I was amazed by their results. Not only are they experts in hair restoration services, but they are well known for corrective surgeries too. It seemed like for me they were the silver lining in a dark cloud. Then I had a great consultation with Dr Arika, founder of Eugenix. I decided that Eugenix is the clinic that will be transforming me. To define my experience, I would first like to appreciate the food they offered me. I would say definitely that Indian cuisine is the best. Well, that is something complimentary. But, what should I do, Eugenix is even good at giving complimentary services. I was even given complimentary finasteride for one year. The technicians, the staff, the doctors, and the entire team I would say were the best. In a nutshell, I would recommend Eugenix even in dreams to any hair transplant aspirant. Also, I found them because I did refuse to lose! I ask all of you to do the same. To recapitulate, I loved the process, The DHT Technique is very less painful, Staffs were so much hospitable, the hospitality in the entire clinic makes you feel it's a seven star hotel not a clinic, everybody was so patience, just one thing they could probably do better is to inform prior on the payment side but overall If I have to rate it I would rate it 10/10. exceeded all the expectations. Another new department they've added is the see-off team, the team did a great job ensuring all the comfort. Made me understand the post op medications, asked me about feedbacks, had my testimonial, passed me a year complimentary finasteride and assured all the support in the coming years. THANK YOU DR. ARIKA AND TEAM EUGENIX, ATTACHING SOME PICTURES FOR YOUR REFERENCES.

Clinic advise it you do it coming prior, but USA was expensive, So I came to India earlier and did the test here. You can do it in Delhi in much cheaper rates. They don't advise it to do it on the last day, but they can arrange a guy to do the test in my knowledge.

Alot has changed since then and I just keep going on with my research. Never thought of going to India for my hair transplantation. How about you buddy? Have you been or still thinking to go to eugenix I first traveled to India 35 years ago. No mobile phone, no internet, etc. You had to go to a major Post Office and wait for an hour to call back home (which was very expensive and the line was very faint. I only did this once). However it was one of the greatest educations of my life at that age. I spent three months back packing around India on my own and I was 20. Trains, buses, rickshaws were how I traveled around everywhere. I've been three times since. When I went to India in January of this year it felt like I was 'cheating' it was that easy! 🤣😉 2 1 GATSBY 'UNPLUGGED!' 15,671 (3 surgeries) Grafts FUE+BHT Dr. Sethi Eugenix

I’m thinking of asking my PCP to write me a prescription for these tests and get it done in quest labs using my insurance. Any risks with this approach?
