My budget as of now is under 4k usd and both these doctors have good reviews and quoted me prices under my budget. On this forum I've seen more results from Dr. Demirsoy but I've also seen good results from Dr. Gur as well. I would like others opinions on who I should pick. He also has a Youtube channel where he documents his procedure and results.
