Valued Contributor Gatsby Posted September 5, 2022 Valued Contributor Share Posted September 5, 2022 I’m not a doctor, but to save what you have, you would do well to consider medication to stabilise your hair prior to surgery (or even if surgery isn’t something you want). I would give meds at least one year before judging the benefits.
