2880 Grafts with Dr. Munib Ahmad at FueGenix ( big crown )

Hi everyone ,

I want to share my hairtransplant process and results from FueGenix in the Netherlands. First a short introduction.

When I was 19/20 years old my hair at the crown of my head became more and more thin. I shaved of most of my hair but after a few years it started to bother me. When I was 25 I  decided to do a hair restoration.

I was in doubt whether I should go to Turkey or do the procedure in The Netherlands. Because of covid and other reasons I decided to do the hair restoration in the Netherlands. Trough a dutch hairforum i came to FueGenix , a lot of good reviews and the fact that it was very close to my home made me choose this clinic. Luckily I made the right decision because Dr.Munib is very professional and a real craftsman. The whole proces from  intake to  aftercare is performed by Dr.Munib himself, that gave me a peace of mind.
The hair restoration itself was a challenge because my bald crown was huge and my donor hair was limited. Despite these challenges the results are magnificent!

I had the surgery 4,5 months ago (31 march 2022) so this isn't even the final result , I will keep you updated.

Wow! After the first 2 pics I thought it was too few grafts for such a large area.....that's incredible work. I can't imagine how great that will be by month 18.

Congrats

2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now.

Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018.

Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week.

Wrote a book for newbies called Beating Hair Loss, available on Amazon

What do u think of the hairline and mid scalp results?

From what I have seen excellent. Soft singles in the hairline, achieving great density with minimal grafts etc. But crown many clinics struggle with that is why I pointed it out.

Ahh gotcha I appreciate it good to know. I’m considering going here as couto de Freitas pinto and ferreira are all booked out till 2024. Can’t even get a consultation with 3 of them until then

Do you think the other ones are worth waiting for or do you think Dr. Ahmad is on par with them and I should consider booking with him?
