Senior Member Britanium Posted August 1, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted August 1, 2022 (edited) Nope it’s just a hair with some scabbing, perfectly normal. You will see a lot more like it. Edited August 1, 2022 by Britalien
Senior Member Z-- Posted August 1, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted August 1, 2022 Totally normal. I’ve got a bunch of these 3 weeks after my transplant. It’s just scab/crusting — I think more will come out in time. You’re good dude.

Senior Member JohnCasper Posted August 4, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted August 4, 2022 Most likely it's your original hair falling out. You will be fine and will generate new growth in 3-4 months. Rahal Hair Transplant
User new, unless you’ve experienced pain and see bleeding on your scalp where the transplanted hair was residing, then you have nothing to worry about. Update 7 to 9, the hair fall calls are pretty sure underneath the surf of the scalp and would essentially require surgery to remove them. Thus, what you are seeing is just the hair shaft that broke off the surface from the scalp along with the scab. I hope this helps. Also im experiencing tightness of scalp at donor area which i feel while moving my neck horizontally or circularly and numbness at Recipient area. Is that both normal ? If normal who many does it take be normal like without experiencing numbness and tightness?
