Senior Member thanatopsis_awry Posted June 27, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted June 27, 2009 It looks like the first pic is a top-shot that shows your vertex and crown more than your hairline. That said....~4000 seems about right. Your hair looks very thick and quite dense. How old are you? ----------- *A Follicles Dying Wish To Clinics* 1 top-down, 1 portrait, 1 side-shot, 1 hairline....4 photos. No flash. Senior Member thanatopsis_awry Posted June 27, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted June 27, 2009 O', if the first is just a weird shot of your hairline and frontal 1/3rd, I'd say ~3k......otherwise I think 4500. ----------- *A Follicles Dying Wish To Clinics* 1 top-down, 1 portrait, 1 side-shot, 1 hairline....4 photos. Senior Member HairIsThere Posted June 27, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted June 27, 2009 I agree with thana....and also if you aren't on Propecia you definitely should start on it as it seems like you are starting to lose some hair in your crown and Propecia will help you out there. - 1 HT ~ 3000 grafts - Regimen: Propecia 1X daily

Senior Member miked Posted June 27, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted June 27, 2009 3 to 4 if you have already been on fin and minox for a year. if not then try that first and in 12 months ask the question again. may be you can get away with 2 to 3 then. Senior Member TC17 Posted June 27, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted June 27, 2009 Picture 3 looks as though you are thinning quite low into the "safe" zone. I would be very hesitant to do anything because it looks as though you might end up extensively bald. You definitely need to do an in person consultation with a doctor. Senior Member mmhce Posted June 28, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted June 28, 2009 You may or maynot be able to get 4000 in the initial session, You first priority should be to reconstruct your hairline and add some density to the top. This should take about 2000-2500 grafts. take care...
