16 days post-op shedding or lost graft?

Hi Guys. Today is my 16th day post-op and also my first day going back to work. I've been washing my hair since 11th day and I haven't seen a drastic loss of transplanted hair like I did today. As you can notice on the first picture(taken 4 days ago) and second picture(taken today), the lost of hair on some parts are very noticeable. What I realized is that, the fallen hair doesn't have the roots attached to it and it just looks like hair after you had your haircut. I can also see that there is something inside each inplanted graft even if the visible hair came off. 

Please correct me if I'm wrong but the "shedding" part post-op will just be like this or the roots will come off as well?
