Using Finasteride, even when on androcur/cyproterone acetate

I am on 12.5mg Androcur/CPA daily and 4mg Estrofem sublingual, as I am trans.

My testosterone is nearly undetectable, but I don't have tests for DHT.

Is there any reason to add Finasteride for hair regrwoth purposes?

If you’re trans, best to get on oral spiro and progesterone, which are powerful 5-alpha reductase blockers, with feminizing affects.

From my understanding, spiro is not an 5arI perse, moreover it is an antiandrogen.
I am using CPA which does a much better job as AA and is not so bad to the to the liver.
So I think switching CPA in favour of Spiro is a really bad idea.

Progestogene is a good idea 👍, but using it to early in transition might harm the breast growth, there is also a backway path of P4 which might increase Testosterone :(
