Senior Member lakes9925 Posted March 11, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted March 11, 2022 (edited) Looking for insight on what could have happened during my FUE HT... during my post-op I started experiencing ear pain so then I made an appointment with an ENT doc but by the time made it to the ENT doc the pain mostly subsided accept when I put pressure my teeth like when biting but as the pain finally subsided I then grew a cyst/tumor in the area. Anyone know what this could be? Edited March 11, 2022 by lakes9925
Senior Member JoeMan Posted March 11, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted March 11, 2022 Where did you grow a cyst? In the ear? This doesn't sound related to a HT though.
Senior Member lakes9925 Posted March 12, 2022 Author Senior Member Share Posted March 12, 2022 One of the reasons I feel it was due the the surgery is bc when they extracted behind that same ear I felt some nerve or something pop and had a strange pain when it happened.. I recall saying “whoah I felt that” as soon as it happened. As far as the growth it is in the same area now and has been there for almost 3 years now
Senior Member JoeMan Posted March 12, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted March 12, 2022 Im not sure what kind of answers you are seeking 3 years later but I'd seek out a dermatologists for an opinion. As to how it happened, I can't see how this could happen but maybe you already had an internal growth in the area that got punctured then grew larger? Just guessing here.

I'm not sure I want to reach out to them about it, there were a lot of mistakes and sketchy things going on during the surgery, when I brought them to the attention of the doc it seemed like they instantly hated me for it. Going to the top rated clinic on this site so wasn't expecting that kind of experiences I had at all.
