Regular Member melendezam Posted December 6, 2021 Regular Member Share Posted December 6, 2021 (edited) I just completed 3 months post fue and I'm really not seeing any growth and I'm starting to get worried. Should I be or am I just worrying for nothing? Edited December 6, 2021 by melendezam
Rahal Hair Transplant
Don’t worry. New hair growth after FUE typically only starts to grow between 3 to 5 months post-op. Even then, most of the new hair typically starts by growing thin and colorless. Thus, you may be able to feel the new hairs before you start seeing them. The new hair will take up to 12 to 18 months to grow, thicken, darken and mature. Senior Member ITA Posted December 6, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted December 6, 2021 @melendezam Rest assured, your hair will start growing from now on. Can we also know where you did your procedure?
Moderators Al - Moderator Posted December 8, 2021 Moderators Share Posted December 8, 2021 Going along with what the other two have said, 3 months is just about where it usually starts to grow, so hang in there. 1 Al Forum Moderator (formerly BeHappy) I am a paid forum moderator for hairrestorationnetwork.com. Senior Member Britanium Posted December 8, 2021 Senior Member Share Posted December 8, 2021 Worrying for nothing 😉 you should start to see growth soon. For most people it begins around month 4.
