Weightlifting post-FUE

I’m a little over 2 weeks post op, and am absolutely itching to get back into the gym - I’m sure a lot of us are familiar with the irrational feeling of being “smaller” after only a relatively short period of taking it easy.

My clinic stated that after 2 weeks I should be solid - but look at previous posts here came up with others being told 3-4, or even longer.

Is there any kind of agreement on when weightlifting is safe post op? When did you return to the gym? Would appreciate any input.

I don’t take creatine anymore - while it’s true that there’s no “conclusive” evidence that it has an effect on MPB, it is shown to increase DHT levels. I’d rather not take the risk personally, i have no intention of being competitive or anything.
