If you have sufficient grafts I would actually remove them with electorlysis (or laser works no? ) because it is a bit too agressive, and if you are lacking donor, you can afford to use more grafts in the future in a conservative way.. If you can't afford to lose grafts, them maybe try fue on a few of them and see if they leave scars. The doctor can actually use the smallest possible punch ... Your case reminds us of the need to keep the hairline quite conservative...
